I started playing piano at age 7, did Guitar in Grade 4, Chorus in Grades 7 & 8, Flute in Grades 8 & 9. Read moreI love my new speaker microphone and my keyboard both with batteries for busking as I can hear myself, others can hear me and I just need to focus on full time incubator space to really focus on practicing, memorizing and getting my backup tracks done and onto a SD card to plug into my microphone for performance of my album whether I get the OAC grant for production and performance of my album locally in Toronto or not. I am going to a very important networking event tomorrow.

I have 98 copies left for the hottest pop album in Toronto right now mixed with Rap, Heavy Metal, Club, Jazz, Dance, Metal and bordering on Hip Hop. I could not be more proud after 2 and a half weeks prepping and doing the design work for the 8 page booklet insert, disc front, front, sides and back of the disc tray and all of the time and effort that Miguel and I put into this album. It is about time that it is released in person to the public now.

Read moreI just got my busking license good for 4 years for keyboard and vocals to perform in Toronto on Monday and approved for a business loan 2 days later so that I can get 100 hard copies of my CD's made up for sale at vendor tables, busking and maybe a Launch Party for my Album Voluptuous in Toronto while waiting for sales to come through from digital sales worldwide by the summertime. I am good to go for when the weather warms up in a month or so.

About Wendy Belcourt
I started playing piano at age 7, did Guitar in Grade 4, Chorus in Grades 7 & 8, Flute in Grades 8 & 9. At 34, I joined my first band for 3 years of swing jazz, gigs, reels, older rock, older favourites, etc. I started acting at the same time other than a school play in Grade 4. I did a lot of stage shows. Then, I went to Sheridan College for Performing Arts Preparation at age 38. I have done modelling, dancing, tons of theatre and film acting, improv, sketch and standup comedy. The last 2 years I was really focused on performing in bands on keyboard and sometimes singing. I started in a House Band and branched out into about 6 bands. We did everything from Pop/Rock to Gospel, Worship, and some Blues, Country and Folk. Now, 7 years later, my song Hemi CC got discovered online here and moved up quickly in the charts. I have signed up for online music distribution on all music platforms which should be up anywhere from a few days to a few weeks from January 5, 2017. I am so happy to finally be doing something with my album. I will be memorizing all of my songs and working on dance moves at the NBS very soon as well as taking more dance classes, other classes, finishing my 6 month incubator program and submitting for exhibitions. I may get another agent at some point. This is my biggest dream come true and this is only the beginning.
