DawnTriumphal entry of the sun on the horizon with beautiful horns and oboe/clarinet to harken the listener. Picolo or flute sounds lift the spirit and give the impression of sunlight streaming across a landscape. This sounds like I am in heaven rather than in an earthly landscape. It sounds like a heavenly orchestra. You have the gift of putting the right instruments together to resound with thoughts and intricate concepts of one theme like the Dawn of a New Day. This sound is fantastic! How did you manage it? Is it on a special organ with sound effects or is it a real orchestra? I especially like where you placed the oboe or clarinet. It sounds like a magnum opus to me! I bet you had a heavenly download from your Angel! Keep composing and putting your music out there to mankind. You are a true blessing and we need your light and talents.
It's a Beautiful DawnThis is a beautiful piece, very well crafted. Intertwining melodies take you on a peaceful flight. It feels like early morning bathed in a warm sun. The recording itself is nicely mixed and produced.
SoothingIt reminds me of the days when music wasn't disposable. The instrumentation is masterfully executed. I could listen to this while chilling by the fire on a rainy day. I'd like to hear more from this artist. I'm a fan!
good for meditationvery soothing and uplifting. kinda inspires me to write something in the same style. definitely a song that belongs in a soundtrack setting. I would find it to be an honor to work with someone of this talent
The music matches the title utterlyThank you Susan for a special experience. Dawn lead me in and up as your sun rose, let me gaze at the scene, and sat me down at the end to relax in the morning light. You have a keen talent, stay well and keep composing. I would have given you a score of 5 but I believe we all should have more to aim at.
DAWN (Soundtrack) - ReviewThank you again for asking me to review your music. A very nice setting as the music begins with a soft roll of a number of nice wind instruments and a rolling harp. A fine setting for the beginning of your day. I would imagine the sun slowly rising in a majestic way. A very nice a soft setting overall. Nice theme throughout, A very pleasant experience and a fitting piece for the description. Nicely done. All the best!

Your Music do ..seem It is a part of some Film..let me tell You I got a feeling that Your Music is better that the Film..send It to some Radio Stations with a little luck They will put It on Rotation..I really like It ..make me relax..I'm sure many people will Like It also..I wish You good Luck with submissions... GOOD Job..
HelloThis is Nice Relaxing Music what I like about It.. You are Painting a Picture with Your Music.. I see The Sun is coming down and The Day will end Sun..I think this is a part of some Bigger Project..hey write a libretto and Make a Musical I do think You will do It..I will sound much better if is a Part of Larger Composition..well try to send It to some Radio Stations or Music Publishers and let's see what They will say but the chances are small that They will pick It Up..I wish You good Luck with submissions.. Good Job
DAWN (Soundtrack) ReviewThis track is nice. Nice intro and outro. Smooth soothing and relaxing sounds. Beautiful selections of orchestral sounds and transitions. Nothing negative to add or point out in this review. Great work!
NICE MOOD MUSICUpon hearing this piece, I approached it listening with an open mind but prepared to be true to my taste. Upon first connecting with the sound of the music, there was most definitely a positive impact that was made. The music put me in the mind of walking through a field of flowers gazing up into the clear blue sky and with every segment of the piece I was drawn into the musics atmosphere more and more. I can honestly say, that there was at no point in listening where I wanted to turn it off. The tone was rich and pleasing to the ear. Which made for a pleasant listening experience over all. My feeling about this artist is truly a five star appreciation, for taking the time to craft such a work that allows the listener to share in that moment where the hearts message connects with the passion to create and produce music that us music lovers can cherish and share with other.
HiIs this a part of some Film or Video..with music like that is always good Idea to put It as a Video..because Music track alone do not make It better..so is possible that It make sense as a film background but if It stay alone I do not see haw It take an Interest of Music Publishers of Radio Stations.. You also must Remember that Movie Studios have Music Departments and They Very Rear take a Music from Outside...some time because isa Computer Generated Tune it will be very Hard to perform It life or You be able to found an Orchestra which be able to do It...I wish You good luck with It.. I like It..but My Word is Not Important..They Have an Upper Hand..
Therapeutic Relief“Dawn” is a refreshing ray of sunshine. Susan your music captures it. Melodies everywhere and like a DNA molecule, they all connect to make the whole. This music is motivating, yet reminds us to slow down because every moment is precious. Thank you Susan for the free therapy and beautiful music.
Dawn reviewBeautiful Melodies , this piece definitely creates the right vibes , the orchestration is right on point allowing the melodies to flow at the right times ... great work by the composer and arranger of this piece .
Good wavesit is particular that a subject where melodies and orchestration predominate, call attention to the rhythmic movement (here we say "go and back"). however, it was what most caught my attention, and I liked it. More than the instrumentation, which is very interesting, and appropriate to what is meant. The melodies follow these waves go and back, that enchanted me.
Woke up to the "DAWN"Susan Farrett has composed a very fitting soundtrack that captures the awakening of the day. Her shoice of instrumentation brings a feeling of anticipation to the music, the phrasing and intertwined melodies keep you moving forward and give the feeling of being enveloped by the warmth of the sun. She has a very informed approach to orchestration, and uses the legato of strings to glue the different passages together, along with a smooth baritone clarinet and harp. This is a very talented writer who I hope to hear more of in the future.
