Not too shabby

Overall i digged the sound and liveliness to it. Also the guitars during the verses sound cool. Vocals sound good. Lyrics are meh. The recording itself is good too. I can hear everything well, good enough mix for my ears. This song by itself isn't all that original sounding to me. However, it is good enough for me to assume other songs from this band would be good or better. Probably the lack of originality (and partially lyrics) is why i scored the way i did.

Sucking on that cherry has that up temple beat that takes you to that wild movie make out moment. Slamming against walls,as all clothes fall lusting after that ready cherry. Good work. Thanks Magic.

Yeah!!!!

Nice Rock Punky Track

A great driving and unexpedcted track in the sense that it has a inividual chord structure that reyurns thoughout that gives it real individual sound. There's alot of passion and energy in the track it gets you going nicely!. Listen out for some gresat guitar playing!!!

Punk Brothers

Very bright music. The guys really enjoy this band spirit thing, I suppose. The whole thing sounds like the Blues Brothers' punk version and this is a very positive comment, as I am a big fan of the Blues Brothers movie. I can imagine as the guys are running away from some serious trouble and nothing matters but the rock n' roll. Thanks for the funny minutes Strip n' Roll. The sound is brilliant, bright, dry and tough. The guitar's playing what it supposed to. Refreshing tempo and the voice is the perfect fit.

I Liked it!

I like the 'ride' this song took me on....non-stop fast. Great job on the catchy title, too. I like the punk feel it has, also...I was wondering what if any lead guitar was going to hit and 'when'. Putting it at the end going out was 'Great'! I was expecting it sooner, but it finally came and you took the song out kickin' and screaming. Excellent! I gave you the 4.5 for making me wait for the guitar solo at the end....j/kiddin'. Good Workout song! Good Luck on your music adventure here at N1Music, my friends! gizzmow, Bonham, Texas

yes

Sucking on the cherry review. this song is a strictly Rock piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in Rock style as I said everything recalls the Rock genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a Rockl piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

LOVE IT!

I did not know what to expect and this is AWESOME! Kind of a older style sound, with a splash of Punk/New Wave or something. Wow, this song KICKS ASS. Love the Rhythm of it. All instruments are solid and well done. The Lead Guitar kicks in and takes it all the way there! I'm going to try and keep an eye on you guys. Best Wishes from the States. Cherry Berries

Strip n Roll has sent you a request for review to give some info... When I first started this review, I was at a loss to what the song "Sucking On A Cherry" could possible be referencing. Therefore, I gathered my sources and set out on a fact finding journey to obtain the info which "Strip n Roll" was requesting, I Googled "Sucking On A Cherry" and my computer revealed a plethora of websites on the subject. I chose an Urban Legends website. It appears that "Sucking On A Cherry" has more then one meaning. End of story. The punkish groove's and lyric's of both "Sucking On A Cherry" and "Corpses" bring back memories of past relationships. Rock On "Strip n Roll", rock on about 20 minutes longer!

Pure Fun!

pure fun! You can tell these guys simply have a blast making this song, they were definitely in a good mood, the sun must have been shining and, probably, they all got lucky the night before. Dynamics are in order, the vibe is great.

Cool, retro feel.....

I like it. The band seems tight, clean. A bit reminiscent of B-52's (?). I like the retro feel and simplicity (albeit the few odd chord changes thrown in for musical effect), yet it also has a Cheap Trick vibe and some British Punk.... LOL All in all, I enjoyed the tune. Not exactly a "sing-a-long" but makes you tap a body part (finger, foot, hand, what have you).

Sucking on Cherry

A good sound coming out my laptop, which tells me it would sound super through good speakers, all sounds very clear, I liked the way things drop out for a couple of verses, interesting the way the dynamics change through the track. Just a matter of personal taste, but I'd have a little less chorus on the clean guitar. It sounds professional produced, multi tracked and carefully mixed down, the guitar solo is crystal clear and perfectly in time, all nicely balanced, clear vocals. Almost the opposite of my racket. Stylistically speaking, I imagine it going down well with a rockabilly crowd, 50's, early 60's dance hall scene, with a touch of the modern about it. Yeah it sounds good, a bit dirtier for my liking would be good, but that's just a matter of taste. I imagine lots of people will prefer the cleaner sound.

Strip'N Roll....out of the U.K!

Love the opening guitar sound, I feel it would have made the song better if you'd have sustained the sound throughout the song. As writing goes, it has a good feel (in terms of length, and delivery), and adding the great lead guitar (different sound that had caught my ear in the beginning), at the end was a good finish! I'd rate it higher if the eclectic sound of the guitar at the beginning, was brought through the entire song, it would have a more cool sound over-all! Great Job!
