Mduduzi Khesa usually known as Rzpek is a Rap/Hip-Hop artist and multi-versed beatmaker born in Middelburg 1988. Ever since he was a kid he'd be bumping rap even though the majority was vibing to kwaito then, he had a small tape recorder he used to play with, he'd just record his cousin and friends or make some small radio shows on tape.
He started his his musical journey at the age of 15 along with his friends at Mhluzi Recording Studios owned by Mr C Xulu, by the age of 17 he ventured into composing and sampling which earned him a hefty reputation in the streets and neighbouring towns and cities, mostly by that time having street credibility played a role in our rap culture and thats how he earned the name Rzpek(Respect) coz of his freestlying abilities and rap battles wins.
After completing his N3 course at age 22 in Nkangala FET College(Middelburg Campus) he got a learnership at CTC(Colliery Training College) and decided to stop making music. These were hard times since he noticed his passion was not to be a boilermaker, during 2012 he absconded from working at Exxaro Coal(Arnot) to resume where he left of with his music career as a solo artist and never looked back since.
He has worked with various artist in the local scene by the likes of Cubique DJ, DJ Ceubur, I AM X, Bereket Tafari, MP Unit just to mention a few
