October Greetings

Getting down to the zone, in the autumn of our year

Aloha lads and lasses, Guess what! There's two NEW unlisted YouTube channels for supporters of my music out there. One is called "CommUNITY" and is accessible when you join my CommUNITY on http://peneleapai.bandcamp.com/commUNITY All sorts of really cool perks and rewards out there for chipping in a $5 or $10, etc.etc. .. Check it out! You can just listen to the songs (with lyrics) on the site too. Plus there's loads of other crazy music out there you can check out free as well. The second channel on YouTube is called "Pentreon" which can be accessed via http://patreon.com/pen (The channel name is just derived from patreon+peneleapaí ... anyone with a better idea, tell me!) It would be so amazing if you were able to check out my Patreon proposal site too. It's the trinity of A Forest Dreams vision. Have a look and tell me what you think! Again, it would mean the world to me if you felt moved or inspired to chip in a $5, or $10 as a once off contribution to support what I want to do with my art and music Thanks! :) Brrr. After our 'Indian Summer' (i.e. an unbroken week without any rain!!) here in Ireland, I'm really able to stop and reflect, let things slow down a bit for a change, and truly give thanks for all I have. I don't know where ye all live, but I send prayers for health, strong alive love, and the power of your positive destiny into your lives. Music has been a maturing companion for me; just when I think I know its place in my life, it shows me that there are many more surprises in store yet. Swimming in the wealth of Native music (contemporary as opposed to traditional for a change) from the lands of North and South America, I learn more and more about the vibrant connection of roots to fruit in this cultural lineage, replete with anomalies and imbalance. (Which culture of man has none?) This leads me to the heart of my Irish connection. Thrashing in me has been the cabin fever of wanting to leave these shores for better opportunity and outlook away from Éiriú. Acknowledging perhaps an adolescent-esque choleric need, I am brought again in touch with roots. An old neighbour (who happened to be a dance master and musician too) told me to put down that guitar and throw down ten songs of my ould Traditional Irish repertoire. These would be unaccompanied as in the old style. What do ye think? I'm reluctant. At one time the world of Trad (Traditional Irish music and song) would have been the whole of my musical interests. But that world and consciousness I believed to have faded away when my songwriting era began to take momentum. Anyone ever gotten so immersed in something, to leave it alone then for a while, and then randomly get asked to do it again? Tis nearly easier to have been a pure beginner than to be asked to return to a once intimate relationship with (whatever art/topic it might be). How unpredictably and energetically the changes do come. The evolution is both invisible and tempestuous. I hope to navigate successfully both in my outer relationships on earth, and on the inside (what's more important!) too. For now, Slán agus beannacht {goodbye & blessings}

:blush: :scream: :smirk: :smiley: :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :rage: :disappointed: :sob: :kissing_heart: :wink: :pensive: :confounded: :flushed: :relaxed: :mask: :heart: :broken_heart: :expressionless: :sweat: :weary: :triumph: :cry: :sleepy:
