I was outside when the wind came strong and fast, nearly taking me from my feet. I grabbed the little white dog and ran inside as the wind intensified. We huddled on the sofa as far away from the window as we could and watched as everything seemed to be going sideways. It was amazing - powerful. It was my first "Idaho Wind". I have been through many now and am no longer fearful. It is just part of living here and I actually have come to love the wind.
