THE LORD’S PRAYER! This is one of the most famous prayers ever prayed, and it is prayed all over the world. It speaks Of Recognizing, And Worshiping A Holy God. It speaks of His Coming Kingdom. It, Speaks Of His Will Being Done On Earth And In Heaven. It, speaks Of His Providing our Daily Bread, and then It speaks Of God Forgiving us (our debts) as we forgive others who are indebted to us, (our debtors). We are asking God To Forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us. So, have you, forgiven those who have hurt you, or do you continue to harbor hurt and unforgiveness? In the song Forgive? It speaks of someone who has been forgiven a great debt. But then refuses to forgive someone else their sin (or debt against them). The song is Matthew 18:23-35. And in verse 35 it says that God is going to do the same to you as you do to others. . Matthew 18:35 So Likewise Shall My Heavenly Father, Do Also Unto you, If you From you Heart forgive not every one his brother his trespass!!!!! 500 people listened to the song Forgive? With only 1 like I know why Because many of us say we will forgive, but we will not forget. Today I want to burst your bubble, if you wont forget then you have not allowed Jesus to help you to forgive. Which means you have not forgiven. Let face it, If you want forgiveness, you must forgive. Now is the time to ask Jesus to forgive you for holding on to hurts, you must surrender to Him! Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father Which Art In Heaven, Hallowed Be Thy Name. 10 Thy Kingdom Come. Thy Will Be Done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us This Day our daily bread. 12 And Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine Is The Kingdom, And The Power, And The Glory, For Ever. Amen. Jesus concludes THE LORDS Prayer with these words 14 For If ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father Will Also Forgive you: 15 but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, Neither Will your Father forgive your trespasses. If you choose to forgive, which you must do to be forgiven, then you must choose to forget.
