About Oen Kennedy

I am a lifelong singer and player and songwriter, and even before I ever finished a song, I was making them up and singing them. I love trees and the birds who sing up high in their branches, and the squirrels who curl up inside them and the mosses and lichens who grown on their bark. I have been active most of my life in trying to give a voice to beings who don't have them (at least voices not heard by many of us). I want to celebrate this astonishing creation and protect our beautiful Earth and her myriad inhabitants. I exist every day with endless cascades of music pouring through my brain, and even though I've officially written 250 songs or so, that is only a tiny fraction of the songs which have passed through my mind on waves and then flowed back into the great sea. I am learning to ride the waves, to sleep and dream in them and to harness tiny soft diamonds of life's energy, and I want to share those rainbowy facets with all of you.
