Ocean Empire

Hi everyone,
"Owls" is my second collaboration with Hope Upchurch and the last song that I have ready for listening at the moment. I'm working on new songs but inspiration is hard to find sometimes!

Please send me a message and let me know which songs you've liked best -- it'll help me as I work on new ones. If you need a "refresher" on older tracks, you can go to you tube and search "ocean Empire Summerland" and listen to the tracks from the last album in full. (Previous album is also there.)

I added this track even though it's an older one...I'm hoping you'll like it and I'd love for someone to do a cover version!

The words and melody came to me while I was riding with a friend and I had to keep singing the chorus in my head until I could get home and write it down.

How are all of you? Doing well, I hope.

"Alone With You" is a song that was sparked by a co-worker who needed some quality time with her husband, so she called him to make sure he didn't have a bunch of friends partying in the driveway when she got home! lol I thought it was a good idea that I hadn't heard done before. Inspiration can strike anywhere, anytime.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the song. Please check in often! I plan to keep rotating songs after they cycle through the chart.
