Sugar for The Ear.....Making that Axe TALK to Me my Brother....this is a fine example of Guitar Mastery IMHO. Your Solo two-thirds of the way through shows you Definitely know your way around those 6 strings. Keep up the Great Jamm and Onward Through The Fog Sir....your work is a Pleasure to hear.
Hard Rock at his best! This song starts off with a genuinely well-played hard-rock-guitar, but it isn´t only the engaging chords which forcing the music constantly on a higher level. The poweful beat of the drums and accompaning bass sounds perfect coordinated on the base. Great drummer plays various kick-stuff really powerfull. The distortioned e-guitar implements deep feeling for music. Virtuosically played solos especially in the bridge increasing the tune as an extra factor. Maynard Dixxon as vocalist of the band brings really a strong feeling into the song. The lyrics come out of a strong mind and touching body and soul. All instruments sounding powerful and really stand out. Impressive and creative, definitely professonal recorded music, influenced by Hard-Rock and Heavy-Metal. I´m sure this band will be successful live on stage.
Good songIf you like the sound of hard rock back in the 1990's then you'll love this track. It reminds of Alice in Chains, Skid Row and Nirvana. Its catchy and it hooks you in from start to finish. The production is awesome and crystal clear. The performance on the recording is a 10 out of 10. I give this song a 5 out of five. Because it is very well deserved Thank you for sharing this song to the world Maynard Dixxon
Guitars that rock! This is a very menacing tune written and recorded to be played loud to your boyfriend or girlfriend. The vocals are in a very hard rock style (totally male) and pretty commercial which means it's not completely irritating thrash. The guitar solo is controlled and obvious thought out. The sound of the guitar is crunchy, and split but controlled sounding and thus I can hear the all the drums, vocals and bass. The song did not over stay it's welcome. It started right away, stated what it had to state and then ended like a tight little package. I wish it had a more discernible middle section but the solo will suffice. This song would have fit nicely in a 90's metal mix. "Intoxication" is a great title. I only wish it was emphasized a little bit more.
NiceI like raw solid as a ROCK . Vocals am chasing the same thing changing style all the time , great recording love the sold Bass drums fab guitar well all good solo very nice nice very may your GOD Rock ./nocon
Intoxication, the point when you get just passed the threshold...Intoxication is the point when you get just passed the threshold of sober to drunk, I hope you let up a few fatty’s before that point ha ha! If you did then this song, will intoxicate you before the alcohol takes effect! Nothing bad could be said about this too! Engineering is top notch! The vocals on point. The guitar riff a little bit familiar, but a nobody owns the rights to Riffs... but Maynard Dixon Certainly has its own unique style! We’re giving this one a top rating! We Can’t wait to hear the next one. Let us know when you’re in New York City for a live show, or if you want us to book a show for you no worries! Iggyice publicity
It rocksKeep on rockin' guys ;) It is very nice to hear that there are still people who like to listen and to play rock and roll (music on radio is so bad). I hope you will work to play more and more. Have a nice day! Piotr

Intoxication by Maynard DixxonNirvana influenced intro and chorus which is no bad thing - Nirvana were great - Lots of heavy metal influences throughout verses and bridge - Nice scale guitar solo of the heavy metal variety - Nice attacking bass throughout - Good song - Good record - I like it - Impressed
