Today we have many ways of celebrating the season. I hope everyone will take time to do their own version of celebrating this holiday. However you choose to do your celebration, I do hope that you don’t lose sight of this truth: Jesus is the Reason for the Season. While elves and reindeer add an extra element of fun for our little ones, it’s the unselfish giving of their family (under the guise of ‘Santa) that is an expression of doing as Our Heavenly Father did, unselfishly giving us His Son, Jesus that we may have an opportunity to join Him one day. So celebrate, enjoy, but do remember the real reason for the season! ????
