I'm getting ready to make a trip to Nashville, leaving on the 16th. I'm taking part in the Objective Session through the Extreme Tour. It runs 4 days, the 17th through the 20th. I will get a chance to speak personally to those in the music industry and learn very useful information in all aspects concerning music. After that we will spend a day in Memphis and then go visit some friends in North Carolina. Looking forward to this trip. So here is the story behind the song I wrote: I'd Settle For A Pup Tent. I work part time at a music store, and sometimes when I finished a job, my boss would say that I would have a nice mansion waiting for me and I would respond back, "I'd settle for a pup tent". I got to thinking one day, that I should write a song about that, so in 2013 I wrote that song. I decided to make the song sound like a Southern Gospel Song, so I did some extra vocals to give it that style. I also made a video of the song. I grew a beard one winter and set up a pup tent in my back yard. I wanted it to give that outdoors man kind of fell, so be sure to check that out. I hope you all like the song.
