He is a Men of Vision alum who returned to the organization as a professional mentor to inspire students to never give up and graduate college. Using research for strengthening families and communities, Kedric continues to aim towards fighting oppression and injustice, advocating for social change, and ensuring student success. Kedric returned to college to fulfill the vision that his father, a famous Blues singer, Willie Mabon, who sold millions of records. His father encouraged him to finish college and learn how to read and write music on a professional level.
