Ja’Virbrato: Vocalist; Songwriter; Producer. Ja’Virbrato has had a passion for singing and performing since early childhood and was influenced by such artists as Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross . Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and raised in the Washington, (expired link). metropolitan area, Ja’Virbrato began his musical journey by performing in local talent shows and various other local events. He performed all through junior high and high school, where his undeniable talent was recognized and he was awarded the “Most Talented Singer/Performer” award and was asked to sing the National Anthem at his high school graduation, which was one his proudest moments. Ja’Virbrato has worked with many production companies and artists such as Deidra Keys, of which he produced the single “Greatest Love Story Every Told” and with Nina Crump, an up-and-coming gospel artist based here in (expired link). He is no stranger to the stage, as he has auditioned and performed for Star Search, Showtime at the Apollo and American Idol. Ja’Virbrato attributes his soulful, heartfelt sound to his musical family and his southern roots.
