When I heard the track at first I thought it was a spoken word track. Then I realized your going to the beat playing in the back. As a spoken word track it's pretty good, but as a song it's below average. Be more calm, listen to yourself when you flow, and think to yourself "does my voice & tempo go well on the beat?" Then, if need be, go back and re-record the track to get a better sound. This is why a hype man is needed, to keep you hype, and to be the first ear that criticises you!
