About Freiser
Manny Freiser has been writing, performing and producing since the early 60's. He was led singer and songwriter with The Grodes/Tongues of Truth from '65 to 68. His song, Let's Talk About girls, is STILL aired as an underground cult classic. Cry A Little Longer is the number 46 song on the ALL-Time Garage Classics chart. In the 70's, he teamed with Patti McCarron, also a lead singer with the Grodes, and later his wife, to become Fire & Rain. Their version of the Barbara Lewis Classic Hello Stranger climbed to number 100 on the Billboard Hot 100/
Many was also a music marketing executive with A&M Records and Quincy Jones' Qwest label, were he went incognito as recording artist Ian Messenger in order to avoid a conflict of interest. Ian's Livin' In The Night climbed the college charts and became a staple on MTV,
Manny currently writes and records out of his home studio in link. Several of his tracks have garnered positive attention, including The Moment and Personal UFO.
Fire In The Hole is his response to the current political upheaval and the existential threats inherent in that situation. Save the world as we know it: spread the word!
