Song Reviews

Cannon Ball Hits It's Mark.

"Cannon Ball" is on-point for the retro-late 60's/early 70's audience. It has an earlier Rolling Stones, and even,Doors feel. Sounds like Fatbo Seuss is having a nice time with it. The guitar stuff is interestingly, cool. The groove is basically, smooth. Thoughtful,fun-like tune.

Double Edged Breezy Atmospheres

There is a safe familiarity to this song, which is comforting. Sitting here and listening with my headphones on, it is easy to get swept into the atmosphere of this song almost immediately. There are no denying that the harmonies are pleasant, it is certainly the melody that drives this song. The guitar solos in the beginning and in end seemed meandering and unnecessary, and ultimately take away from the song as a whole. There will be some people that will find an emotional connection with this song, I think, but for most it will slip away like the breeze. The strong atmosphere that is able to achieve in the verses and chorus would make this song fit nicely into a film soundtrack, in my opinion.

Can recommend listening to this music. Well balanced song that gives feeling and talent. The singer sings in an interesting way that gives the song both color and character. The instrument is also good with just a few instruments, neither too much nor too little. The songwriter has chosen a form of the song that is well thought out and adds both the intensity and the energy of the music. This arrtist has found a sound that is peculiar and thus becomes a unique feature of the range of music as for the listener to unexplored areas. Recommend to listen to this. Take the chance. An opportunity to find something unique that enriches the soul and music ear. Wishing you a pleasant and interesting music experience.

Good song, nothing too crazy.

This is a good song, I think it has chill vocals that all seem to be mixed pretty well. The lyrics aren't bad although there could probably be more adlibs or additions to the sounds, but that is probably just my millennial taste. The song overall just isn't too crazy, which can be a good thing, most of my music isn't crazy at all--but the chord progressions you used and such just seem overused and not all the most unique. I think the same lyrics and song over top of a slightly more electronic or something beat could be really good.

Lilting and very beautiful...

As a song this has a very moving feel. The story is special and for the most part the vocal effective-though verse vox feels a tad loud and not as beautifully set as the chorus. This is close to being a tear jerker for me but I just need some tweaks on that vocal sound...bravo writer and singer!

I am influenced myself by Classic Rock music and I classify myself as an Indie artist. Likewise I am a singer/songwriter/musician and I have to say the lyrics are good, so is the acoustic guitar and the percussion. I mean who cannot be amazed by this song, by this individual with an interesting name for a performer. If you haven't checked it out yet, you should. In fact if you are a fan of Nick Drake, you should really check this song out. It's a shame Nick Drake was not as well known while alive, in spite of being listed as an influence by many artists who did get well known and it took almost 2 decades for Nick Drake to truly get known but I hope Fatbo Seuss will get known while alive and I mean it too. So if you totally dig Nick Drake, you are gonna totally dig Fatbo Seuss, I guarantee it.

CANNON BALL review. this song is a strictly Rock piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in Rock style as I said everything recalls the Rock genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a Rockl piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job
