when the track first starts, it has a beautiful Middle- Eastern 'flavor'. THEN, his incredible guitar style comes in! WOW. So fluent and expressive over the scales. Picking is clean. Mix is pleasant and not overwhelming. This track certainly shows many hours of dedication to the practice of 'form' as well as the expression of 'heart'. Yanis = 'God (truly) IS gracious'. : )

"Yaniss" by Michel is an oriental influenced guitar instrumental, with a flavour of guitarist Joe Satriani. The arrangement is nice, and the instrumental flows in an easy tempo. This music could fit in some oriental based movie theme.

I like the sound it's original! I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the melody and the rugged guitar and that bass line makes the sound even better and natural, very straight forward and with some hard strings, I can dig it!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was feeling the vibe I could sit back to this one and zone out!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Thank you again for asking me to review your music. This starts off with a rhythmic techno sound with some synths and lead guitar. There is a vocal cry almost a Native Indian call adding to the excitement. There is a lot of movement throughout the piece being relatively short. The only comment is that it seems to end abruptly with no definite conclusion as if it is not finished or complete. However it is a well played recorded making it unique and enjoyable. Well done!
