Dawn of Darkness - ReviewA very nice opening for a soft build that would bring in more intensity. This has a way of getting up your curiosity. There is a number of great instruments that build. The violins on a galloping pace and the drums keep the suspense and instruments give it a great variety. This would describe what I would see in a movie of something about to happen. This comes back down with a great last beat ending. Nicely done! All the best!.
Forget Helter Skelter, this is Hairy Scary!Apprehension grips you from the outset, spookily conjuring mystery using a mix of keys and strings. Flutes and woodwind along with tympanis beat with your heart, and a clarinet carries you into a gloomy atmosphere. Under all of this there are reminiscences of Harry Potter, Pan's Labyrinth, Stranger Things. In a world where we hear soundtracks blending with classical fugues and arpeggios, this one certainly stirs the emotions, eliciting a daunting and otherworldly challenge. If I were to look for anything to enhance a film which questions my reality, this would be my choice.
