Thank you again for asking me to review your music. A very nice opening melody. This starts with a nice soft symphonic tone that takes you back to a classical opera. This reminds me of music by George Bizet. What is important is that it tells a story and is well played. The orchestra sounds great and well arranged. What a nice melody to give and tone set for taking you on a nice journey. Well done!

yea if you dont know it already Erik-Peter Mortensen is a master of music and composing ...I have never been let down listing to any of his pieces...this piece brings a heaviness and sadness or more like sorrow ...most definitly movie score material. Super piece...Jerusalem Delivered ..for sure... she fled and was lost in the forests...you can feel it. you need an agent that will get you licencing contracts for movies...with out a doubt...brovo

New York City’s Erik-Peter Mortensen has composed a well-constructed operatic piece entitled Tancredi Mourning at the Tomb of Clorinda. The baritone vocal performance is excellent and the piece is soothing to listen to. Congratulations on another fine piece of music!

This fine piece, that at first impression is merely minor/mournful lament is really,a vocal tour-de force, that challenges a singer in a more subtle way.Although the range is baritone/tenor ala Mario Lanza, there is none of the athletic belting of long high notes, nothing so bombastic.Even the ascending phrases are studies in restraint, each crescendo barely noticeable, rendering the elegant string finale's arrival even more effective and satisfying. This is great performance, and conducting.

the emotions that are so many from a work of this kind, is a song that at the same time is sweet and sad and can easily be considered an icon of the "bel canto". I'm Italian and I love this way of singing .. congratulations

aragraph? Paragraphs are the building blocks of papers. Many students define paragraphs in terms of length: a paragraph is a group of at least five sentences, a paragraph is half a page long, etc. In reality, though, the unity and coherence of ideas among sentences is what constitutes a paragraph. A paragraph is defined as “a group of sentences or a single sentence that forms a unit” (Lunsford and Connors 116). Length and appearance do not determine whether a section in a paper is a paragraph. For instance, in some styles of writing, particularly journalistic styles, a paragraph can be just one sentence long. Ultimately, a paragraph is a sentence or group of sentences that support one main idea. In this handout, we will refer to this as the “controlling idea,” because it controls what happens in the rest of the paragraph.

To all you extraordinary “Real” bassist out there, this was the “Bass” that occupied my left hand while I played my Wurlitzer Flat Top through my Fender Dual Showman Amp and this baby through my Ampeg B15. What a Sound we had together. Circa 1963-1967 I was in a Long Island NY White Italian Boy Trio called P.J. And The Soundsations. My Dad was a Jazz Drummer so the Rhythm was in my DNA. I cut my teeth/fingers on the Original Motown Repertoire as well as the great music of Wilson Pickett, Otis Redding, Jackie Wilson, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Sam & Dave and their like. I saw them all in their prime at Murray the K’s Swinging Sorrie at the Brooklyn Fox Theatre. Yes even “Little” 13 yr old Stevie Wonder playing “Fingertips” part 1 AND part 2 “Can I play?” “What key? What Key?” Then “Dancing in the Streets”,(in my opinion one of the greatest R&B and R&R Dance songs of ALL TIME), with Martha and The Vandellas. But wait! “Bring him back! Bring him back!” All the Black, Brown and White kids would scream and shout at the Fabulous Flames to bring the Master James Brown back out on stage again wrapped in his beautiful cape and glory. And if that didn’t make you fall down from exhaustion hell we still had The Four Tops, Tammy Terrell AND the cherry on top Smokey Robinson and The Miracles to bring on!!! Hey is that the Supremes waiting in the wings? Suffice it to say I never did find out who the personal was in the House band. Maybe some of you know or maybe you were in that house band or played with some of the above.
