At first I didn't care for it. Then I got into the production and guitar. This is a fine, fine tune. It's kind of mor in a modern way. The the funky keys started and I was hooked. I wanted to play along! This is a very clever arrangement.

Wow just when I thought "Walk On By" couldn't be better. Duceman comes up with another version! And man is it cool. Funky and Soulful. I will definitely be putting it on my playlist. Good sounding Duceman. I give it a 5 star.

I can hear the cover that inspired this song. However, I love the new twist on it. Very nice! I would recommend this tune to anyone! I can listen and relax with a glass of Vino. Hi colleagues and friends, listen to Duceman's music and especially this song 'Keep on Walkin'. This is a song that is a remake based on the song "Walk on By" that Isaac Hayes made at the time. Duceman just enjoyed his version. It is a funky jazz song with a strong groove but at a medium bpm. The vocals in this song are great fun, but not much is sung on it. The most important thing about this song is that it does swing and makes you move by itself! I love it !! Enjoy the nice mood!

Just having some funky fun with this song. Great sound...loving the guitar and the solo instrumentation with sound effects. Reminds me of the old school Jazz Blues bands of the '60's with a bit of Rock Electric feel to this song. Nice smooth transitions and great changes picking up the next chords to drop back to a low key jam. Nice composition that makes you feel mellow and up for anything at the same time. Nice way you have of speaking through your music and lightening up the atmosphere and lifting the spirit of the listener.

This is something that I would love to play on as it is so now aged and still soul sounding. Pity we can't get together and play full time because this the stuff I like to play to for years and on my band play list I sing I Got You by James Brown and everybody raves about it. I like the funky jazz vibe you gave this version. The distant electric guitar gives it a flair that sets it apart from other versions of "Walk on By" I've heard in the past. The guitars throughout the song has a laid back feel that drives the song. The vocals itself were a nice addition in between guitar licks as well!

Took me back to seventies but with modern instrumentation love the Bass tone feel and sound. The funky keys are Great , the reverb guitar playing wonderful. Many layers of sounds weaving in and out of the track and the track seems to smooth out after the half way line the the keys bring us back to the lighter side of funk. The end seems a bit abrupt but you have a feel good track here. Well worth an add to your play list. Would ave liked to hear more of the bass guitar but that’s just me.

A classic rewrite of a Isaac Hayes number . Groovin to this fresh and funky eclectic instrumental and vocal . Feel good factor and creative riffing are a plenty. In the safe hands of Duceman , demonstrating a true maestro having fun!!

Of course I wasn't around when the original was released. However I have listened to my share of oldies. I'd say this song embodies the classics. Would you mind giving it a more modern feel as to appeal to a different demographic of audience? Other than that, good listen.

I like the funk in the mix, a very unique style of the original cut. It has it's own distinct style, pretty creative and cool vibes. The additional guitar solo is a nice piece and bridge and changes as well. This is done with some nice instrumentation and quality talent on the sounding. Enjoyable take on the famous Burt Bacharach/ Hal David classic Walk on By, there's just enough for you to recognize it at the beginning. But then the song takes a turn into some more funky and countrified territory. This is a nice easygoing groove. Just as the song says, the song walks into something new. Tasty guitar work, not overdone. I love the hint at We Three Kings, just right for the season now. The keyboard journeys into gospel towards the end. Nice changes. Cool piece of music.
