I'll take a little time while I'm off the road and back home to the mountains of Arkansas to invite you to the worlds biggest little show in Heber Springs. I will take place on July 9, 2016 at the Carl Grander center. Only a few yards from the dam. It Beau Renfro's Rock-a-Billy Band. Come see us, its free.
Making my way to Tucson for three big shows. March 13th in Green Valley with Hal Ramsey and the big Clear Country Fest. March 18th it's Green Valley Arts and Performance Center and on the 19th we head out to visit our friend Bob at De Anza RV Center for the big dance and show. About BEAU RENFRO
BEAU RENFRO came to Nashville with a ragged box of songs and an old guitar. After years of banging on doors and making a few friends the wind blows the other way and a dis-hearted Arkansas boy is back where he started. But in some cases the boy just makes a lot of friends and enjoys his life. Beau Renfro will tell you quick, he's from Arkansas and that way of life shows up in his songs. He only makes it to Nashville to record or visit with friends now days.
Beau's records are played all over the world now, thanks to the worldwide web. You may want to look up his name to see all the places he has been in the music business. Stardust records in Nashville is home to this country boy and after three albums and about 26 singles Beau Renfro is still going strong
His music started as a lot of country pickers did, in church. Beau's dad was a preacher and his mother a Sunday school Teacher. Beau sang at the tender age of four with his ten sisters, that's right 10. Working with the family as a group in churches from Texas to Tennessee. People came from miles around to hear his family sing those good old gospel songs.
So as the story goes, and after about 30 years away from his home in Arkansas. Beau has returned and making music in the foothills of the Ozarks. Check him out at (expired link)
