Hard Times

This is one more amazing production for a very cheerful song, with a contagious rhythm that impels us to dance. I think it's really a song that should be in the top of Pop music of Number One Music. I also really liked the other themes available on the page, like I said before. I think is on the right way, and in terms of music production is really, really well done and I have to congratulate you on it again. I'm waiting for new themes, with the same quality. Best wishes !! Nice Song

Nice conceptual song. Good foundation and hook. This needs a few more substantive things to make it a bit more polished and refined ( Structure). It needed to move into more of a second phase - ( Bridge) All in all, nice groove and fun to listen to. I recommended it to several Folks :-)

Clever

I like this especially the female chorus. Good instrumentation very well mixed and balanced. The lyrics are really good and kind of fun. I see this going really well with college radio and progressive FM as well. Keep it going.

we all have hard times and this song makes them times allot better

love the intro. unexpectedly smooth and surprising. love the voice and melody of the song.i see where you were going with it and i like how you kind of made it a little poppy. because you would think hard times as a depressive song but at the end of the day this song makes hard times seem happy and gives hard times hope. i dont know if you have an accent but im feeling thew twang. no disrespect but you kind of sound like a young ricky martin.anyways beautiful song and i enjoyed it.

Entertaining!

One feels in the tropics or in a warm country listening to this song. It's really driving and I love the rhythm. It's a song that makes us move, makes us dance. I really like. A beautiful discovery!

Good times

Not a bad intro however the drums could have used more pop leading into the verse. Nice arrangement and the female background vocals help soften the harder tones of the male vocals. It's a better than average mix and has some catchy pop to it without crossing the kiddy line. Singer gives a solid performance and guitar keeps the train a rolling. Drums felt a little tame not enough bite in the snare but overall are solid and on the mark

Cheerful Pop Song

Could listen to this song again and again. Liked it right from the start. Mixing and mastering is brilliant. All instruments really stand out. These studio recording unleashes the imagination. I really like the introducing with the beautiful played acoustis guitars, which are also playing a main role in the backround of this composition. The leading vocal of the American Music Award Winner Randy Jones domnates this great mixture from these uptempo, flamenco music inspiring track. The refrain is the message and makes the meaning of the song engaging for me -> to be in the right place at the right time and make feel good. The co-producer Sahin have dragged all register from world music genre. The rythm of the powerful drums forcing the the music constantly. Also the fantastic chorus of angelic voices is exactly where they should be on a track of this quality. The lyrics from the songwriter Bernadette O’Reilly really stand out. Overall a really impressive arrangement from very professional musicians. You will hear why they´re Number 1. and I´m sure, you like to add it. Let others know your recommendation.

Hard Times by Randy Jones - a review

hey this is one crazy cool track.... imagine Brian Eno and Bryan Ferry going to Cuba on a "working"vacation and coming up with this compelling groove.... taste the Mojito and let your hips sway, even if you are sitting down....! the guitar intro deceptively hides the "world beat", only for the first two measures, then you are instantly transported into a Cuban Supper Club for a beautiful Saturday Night.... but this is a story of Feast and Famine, success and failures, and pressing on past the negative to find happiness in your own struggle.... the choruses present us with an inkling of Randy's past in the Disco era, with some energetic female backing vocals.... there is SO MUCH in here, South American sway and Worldbeat feel, funky, rocking and happy through the grit.... how can you not Love this track???? i Highly Recommend adding this to your Party Playlist !!!!

Great Aucistic Sound

What a different sound! I was impressed with this artist and the uniqueness of this track. His voice is confident and strong and then the choral portion is a complimentary and makes the song fun and engaging. The lyrics are uplifting and make you definetly wanna get up and move. This is a fantastic and refreshingly pleasing track to listen to. This artist is on the right track. Great job.

vastly talented indeciciveness

Thanks for asking me for a reviev, I´v enjoyed the ride! Good recording, well mixed, good singers, interesting arrangement, makes you nod your head... At first I thought, it may be a little too slow, but then I got hooked on to that greasy rhythmic feel. Still, I don't feel tempted to move my feet or hips, there's just something missing, maybe something a little off-beat, something just a little bit disturbing, something spicy? I guess the production - while thoroughly professional sounding - wants too much at the same time. To me, all in all it sounds too predicable and trying too hard to please the listener. IMHO, you should have more confidence in the listening abilities and taste of your audience. This track has much more potential than we can currently hear, it screams for a hot, sweaty rhythmic feel, for more musical expression and for lyrics that go beyond "a LaLaLa"-type of thing. One can feel, that everyone involved in this production is vastly talented, but held back by something or someone's indecisiveness. Can´t wait to hear the remix!

INTERESSANTE A BATIDA!!

Genre - Modern Pop or hip hop

Not my favorite genre but certainly sounds alike like what the AR guys and radio wants to hear in these modern times ... don't understand the confines of Hip Hop but this fits what I believe is. Recording is good, vocal is good ... mix is good ... If I could write this type of music I would join Taxi music service and sell the..... seems that is predominately what Taxi is looking for ..... good luck

Hard Times

Sounds like a bit of a Mexican Salsa influence in this instrumental. I didn't think the lyrics of the chorus lined up with the rest of the song...it seems to be trying for a dance mix. I did find the lyrics uplifting in this song until, "we stumble on, and on, until we follow the right line" is my favorite verse. It was a bit of mix-up of many styles. I enjoyed it very much. The background vocals were very good but a little indistinct. All in all, I would like to hear more from your band an will be subscribing to your page.
