Nice intro, I like the mixing and voice sampling in the beginning of the song. I like the instrumental, it is real east coast hip hop, kind of up tempo with a lot of big band horns and stuff. I think it’s real nice. I think the vocals was pretty cool also. I think the second verse was stronger vocally than the first verse. I thin’ the content was cool some, a lot of songs to these type of instrumental really aren’t understandable or about who’s the best rapper or best thug. I gave it a 3.9

I can appreciate the preservation of the MC/Dj relationship. That in itself is a tribute to real hip-hop but you are also a lyricist and that is what it's all about. I'm not sure what your plans are for this song but I would suggest getting the East Coast behind you to push your music, it's the idea that the original sound of the East Coast hip-hop and I'm sure there's plenty looking for that original flavor. The flow is fluent and the lyrics are steady, I really don't see a reason for you not being able to make it in the industry other than not having a commercial or a crossover song. Put in work and gig, you will find out where you need to be and whether or not you can handle the industry while gigging.
