|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | Born in Kaiserslautern, West Germany, Yngve Wieland moved to Ireland in the eighties with his parents in search of a richer, simpler, organic lifestyle; and they found it in northwest Sligo.
He has been applauded as an excellent musician and has found his voice writing his own material. So far, his work and his performances have been excellently received. Yngve has shared billings with an array of Ireland's less orthodox artists, including Katell Keineg, Nina Hynes, Ollie Cole and Alphastates.
More recently he has been touring his debut EP 'Four Weeks' and has played with artists such as Scottish Indie Outfit 'Uncle Bob' and American songsmith Peter Mulvey. | | |
