At the same time "WE 'R' COMIN!" were looking for a new voice and a new drummer. With a little help from Phil's mother in law, they finally got together. Phil's friend Peter, also a German, came in to play the drums and the first Line - up, with Phil (Vocals) from Cologne, Piero (Bass - Vocals), his brother Silvio (Guitar - Vocals), both from Turin) and Rocco from Milan on Lead Guitar, was complete. They started playing live every friday night at a disco in Mallorca. There they met Jan, a keyboardplayer from Holland and soon he came in. Drummer Peter went to Germany in January 2003 and in came Xavi, a native Mallorcan, later replaced by Guido, a German Drummer. This Line-up did a lot of successful Gigs and a TV Performance. They also went into a Recording Studio in S' Arenal, Mallorca to record a thrillfull Version of Herman Brood's "Saturday Night", which was released on the Llucmarock Sampler 04. At the end of 2004, Guido left the Band and again joined a new Drummer. Mariusz, a young talented guy from Romania stepped in. In the summer of 2005, the Band was asked to play unplugged regular Shows three times a week at the mg - Cafe, first line at the Playa de Palma . Finally, only Phil, Silvio and Piero started playing there. Looking for a Percussionist, they found Little Dave to complete the "Acoustic" Line - up. In October the four decided to stay together as WE R COMIN'! with Phil on the second Guitar and without Keyboards, to play more own Songs. After a lot of Gigs on the island, they had a German TV performance in a Show called "Do it yourself S.O.S". In Antonino Saccullo they found a Sponsor and went to Germany to do two Shows, of which one was recorded and their first Album, titled "Home Made Special" was made at the Dog House Studios in Erftstadt. In January 2006 they made a Video to promote their first Smash "Mr. Universe". Both will be released Saturday the 16th of September 2006. After a 5 month period with new guitarist Big D. Di Capo, Silvio returned in June 2008. | | |
