|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | | Waiting To Explode are a four-piece rock/funk alternative band based in Mullingar, county Westmeath, Ireland. The band formed in 2003 with Tommy Moore(Bass,Vocals), Paul Feery(Guitar,Lead Vocals) and Eoin Fitzsimons(Drums). Although doing well as a 3-piece the band were not happy with their sound until the arrival of Barry Hargadon(Guitar,Vocals) in 2004. After playing several gigs around Ireland and the U.K. Waiting To Explode began to earn themselves a great reputation, in particular, for their explosive live shows. The band signed to Idle Rocks Records in 2005. In July of 2006 they recorded their first e.p. in Sphere Studios, London with producer Francesco Cameli.This 5 track e.p. will be in stores in october. Waiting To Explode will be on the road in october throughout Ireland so please check back for all tour dates and information. | | |
