Well, there are 933 of you awesome folks who have dared to climb aboard this crazy gospel train. lol Thanks Before I go much further, may I share a message that I feel God gave me for all of you, because we all need to hear, feel it, and be reminded of it from time to time. God told me to remind you of, and pray for, His awesome sense of peace to flood your souls so that you do not give in to the stresses of the choices that you may face each day; in Jesus' precious name. :) I came across a wonderful opportunity to help a young gal in India who has felt in her heart to take in a bunch of orphaned kids. Please believe me when I say that I have grilled her from one end to the other regarding her integrity and love for God. She has made many songs over her few short years as an adoptive "mom" that she sings to the kids about Jesus. I asked her if she would share a few of them with me; she graciously agreed. I honestly haven't heard any of them in my travels, and they are wonderful indeed. I asked her if she would allow me to make these into songs that I would put on my N1M site, and then sell them to you folks so that I could send all the proceeds to her. She could then use it to feed the kids, protect them from the elements, and purchase Sunday School supplies to help her teach them more about Jesus. She has sent me a couple of videos, and they are really cool. I haven't got these songs done yet, but I only ask that you would pray for me as I try and decide what to do next. Thanks in advance. :) A little further on, regarding the music end of things, I am excited to announce that I have my first show coming up in Edmonton (October 18); in a lounge of all places. lol I believe that the Lord has given me a game plan, as far as the song list goes. I eagerly covet your prayers (as the saying goes) that hearts will be touched by the gospel songs that I share, and that I will do a top notch job on my clean country songs. Seeing as I don't quite have the $$$ to get the equipment for the show, I will be using the old school method of paper sheets, and pray that nobody opens the doors and lets a wind storm in. lol The number of listens to my songs went from around 120,00 PER DAY, to 50,000 per day, and kinda back up there to 80,000 per day this week. Honestly folks, you continue to blow my mind. I can't, for the life of me, imagine where this train will take us to next. So very thankful that you are still hangin on for the ride of your life.
