Warm Greetings From a Chilly Place
Hi again to all 2219 of you tremendous folks.
I trust you had a better summer than we did in Alberta. lol
Even now, the temps are hovering right around the freezing mark. Blaaah. :(
Sometimes, it appears that the only positive thing about this year is that next summer is closer that it was at the start of this faux summer. lol
I have some awesome news.
I think I made mention of the possibilities for a new Cowboy Church in my last e-shout.
Well, that has become a reality now.
There will be 2 acoustic guitars, one electric, one banjo, one harmonica, and a good set of drums. :)
Our first gathering is on Sunday night, October 6, 7PM; yee-haaah and yaa-whooo.
Thank you so very much for all your prayers.
We were fortunate enough to have a couple of folks come through with some western props.
We had our first practise last night, and it went very good; not so much for the quality but for the prayer that we had.
We covered a lot of ground so I'm a thinkin we will have a great time of it.
I continue to receive new songs from the Lord, so I am excited to say that there will be more songs comin up soon.
I sure hope that all you awesome folks are blessed many times over through these tunes.
Renovations are . . . continuing . . . ? Steady and sure, but not the fastest you will have ever seen. ;) lol
My wife is so patient and awesome.
I believe that the Lord is going to have to give her a neck brace before He puts the crown on her head that she deserves. ;)
Work is still . . . working. ;) lol
3 John 2:2 says "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well," so I have been praying that your souls are prospering in Jesus.
May the Lord become front and center in your lives with you and your family members.
See you in a couple of weeks again,
Trev :)
