Driving South on the Highway from the City of St.Johns Antigua, towards Darkwood Beach on the west, a Lagoon on the East side and a little further in on the interior is The Valley (Orange Valley), surrounded by mountains and Hills The sounds in the valley are so beautiful and meditative, the wind through the trees, the rolling sounds of the beach kissing the shore line, steel pan music in the distant, the birds singing, especially the Hummingbirds, watching them get the nectar from the flowers everywhere, and in the evenings the sounds of crickets and tree frogs doing there thing, the sounds and rhythm of the valley stays with you naturally even after you leave. I am getting ready to return to Toronto Canada, inspired by the sounds and rhythms of the Valley. I will be starting my new CD project as soon as I return to Toronto.
