Hi everyone, As you will have seen from the videos we have posted, we take a lot of trouble to present the live show in a dynamic way. We are getting ready to play out regularly and are in need of a lighting guy/roadie to operate the intelligent light system, cue backdrop videos and supervise the video recording of the shows. We are located in Northern New Jersey. So if you know anyone.......let me know. Andrew
I know conservation is an old theme, and lots use it to just hype themselves . But I think the rain forests are our eco salvation and need saving. There is a lot of bad science being sold today concerning global warming. The forests take out the CO2 and that will help a lot, but they are disappearing at an alarming rate for the sake of soybean plantations and gold mines. It has to stop. This song is about the shrinking world and the problems that come with being so close to each other. We can't stop disenfranchised people wanting what people in developed nations have. The toys. The life. And to ask those on top to give up their comforts is a losing battle. This, the saving of the forests in Amazonia, I think is attainable.
The Third International at the Darress Theatre NJ, October 18th. Enjoy!
This is a song about the shrinking world. The dichotomy of manifest destiny versus ancient tradition, set against the backdrop of one of the most interesting places I have seen. If you like it, please share it. Andrew
