Igor has the powerThe Perfect Balance is truly an amazing band.Igor has a very powerful voice that wont let you go till the very end.I am always in awe of his power and range and feel Igor and. The Perfect Balance are destined for something great. The only downside i ever find for this is the accent is very strong and they are in Russia and havent toured out of Russia so seeing them live is out of the question.Overall they arw quality act.thats why they are number one in the world. cheers Igor
RJD has always been an inspirationListening to The Perfect Balance's "Down where I belong", is impossible to not capture tunes who inevitabily recall the never forgotten and always missed Ronnie James Dio. More particularly, this song reminded me his great perfomance in the song "Mask of the great deceiver", recorded in the Kerry Livgren's "Seeds Of Change". This is a classic metal ballad, which explode to more "hard" tunes. In my opinion is well written, well played and very well sung. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work (y).
Excellent DynamicsI wasn't expecting too much at first by the slow intro and build up, but it reminded me of the band Trapeze that I stayed on to enjoy the ride that I just 'knew' was coming. Excellent build up! The way you took it to each level was 'spot' on. The breaks and power behind it after the bridge and the ending was more than a '5' in my book. By far your best song on your list. ROCK ON! ....gizzmow, Bonham, Texas
Excellent RockI really like the intro to this song,it set it up to what was to come! Great polished vocals. Lead vocals have so much clarity and the harmonies are tight. The sound effects on this song were very tastefully done on the entirety of the song. Reminds me of some old Scorpions and Dokken. A very well composed song from beginning to end. I had to have a second listen to grasp everything from the whispers in the beginning of the song to the bells of doom in the end. I love the fact that the guitars go from crystal clean to down and dirty distortion for the build up of the song. Very well recorded, produced and mastered. Great job "Perfect Balance"!
Exactly what i expexted.Exactly what I expected from your band. More great well structured and composed music. I have reviewed several bands here and this is the most well produced band i have heard. This songs music creates a setting for the vocals that takes you into a fantasy world of madness and despair. I am looking forward to reviewing more from this amazing band. Until then. keep up the good work. I will expect nothing but excellence from this point forward.
Não é a minha praia, mas é bem feitinho...Hello there, Interesting :) Do you know something about Brazil and different styles from countries around the world? Maraska dot com dot br or marcelomaraska dot com is something you might listen in case you want check it out. Keep up the good work M.
Great AtmosphereExcellent Song that features spellbinding and dramatic vocals !!... hints of Sabbath and metallica ... The tempo starts with tolling bells then generates into a very strong riff for the verse and catchy chorus. Them the tempo changes up to race into what I thought was a very under played solo, which I thought was brave, as most songs like this the guitars tend to overplay... I really enjoy it... well played chaps !!!!
From here and therethe dense and spacious atmospheres prepare the ground for this song to introduce us to the path of the melody. The voice is the guide that leads us to a sequence of minor, distorted and compact notes that give firmness to the structure. the bass, like a curtain, is the melodic sustenance of the quieter parts in which the voice shines. Something Glam, something Floyd, something of the classic heavy metal but modifying the classic structure of the rif and the groove of the battery. Down where i belong is a complete and dynamic piece of heavy.
EitherThe Perfect Balance has sent you a request for review... Either I did, or I did not, I believe I reviewed these guys before. Today I decided to peruse their page and like dam, a plethora of metal and it all kicks ass!!! What does a band have to do today to get noticed, obviously put it on N1M. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to listen to their work... (The Clash) Putin don't like it, rocking the kremlin, rocking the kremlin!
HiThis is a Good Song..Good Arrangement and a Lot of Energy in Vocal.. it brings back memory of Very Famous Band UH ( I hope that You hear about them "Uriah Heep" )...The song is a little to long for a Radio ( but if You make a little shorter version I'm sure They will play it..and with a little luck there is a chance that some Music Publisher will take it,,,Most important part that Music Fit The Lyric ..I'm sure that a Lot of People will like it.. hey I hope that One Day I will come to Your Concert..I wish You all the Best..Good Job..
ApocalypticOminous beginning, like being in a barren wasteland.. leads into a very sparse dream theatre sounding type landscape, embellished with some heavy riffing. Really like this, a mash of industrial and heavy metal. A very well constructed composition and hard to find fault with anything in this really. It may be my PC, but it did sound a little light on the bass, and I don't think the string section in the verse really went will the song, but just my opinion.. if having strings, something a bit more bassy I think would be more appropriate! Keep on rocking guys
NiceLove the beginning sound effects. And the ruff calm of your starting voice. The level of your screaming voice takes the song into true story telling. Imagination goes to heaven and hell
Once again you deliver Great! The Perfect Balance is for real. Everything I've ever heard them do, is great. Really heavy, strong sounding song. Well balanced with the mix. All instruments and vocals heard very well. Vocals are powerful as always. Interesting keyboards in background. Keep doing what you are doing guys. Great recording and mix. Awesome! Sincerely Edward Westbrook (Atomic Energy Society) P.S. believe it or not I could hear bits and pieces of the band "TNT" which is wonderful.
