THE MONDAYS are New York-based modern pop rock recording artists, with five releases on Harborgate Records: the brand new MOVERS AND SHAKERS (August 2018), Push (2014), Cherry Bomb (2012), Storyteller (2006), and the self-titled THE MONDAYS (1997), available via digital music outlets such as iTunes, Apple Music, CD Baby, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, Google Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Napster, and XBox.

The Mondays have opened for national acts such as Cheap Trick, Everclear, Vince Neil, Cinderella, Warrant, Slaughter, Twisted Sister, Ace Frehley, Firehouse, Joe Lynn Turner, Trixter, Kix, and Zebra, and have performed all across the Eastern (expired link)., including Hershey Park, the New York City Marathon, the New York and New Jersey State Fairs, the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, and well-known venues such as The Bitter End, Kenny's Castaways, Stephen Talkhouse, and John & Peter's.
