The Latebirds have toured around the world and shared stages with the likes of Wilco, Patti Smith, Pretenders, Posies and Jayhawks. The Latebirds are capable of switching from stadium rockers to country twang, from catchy power pop to leftfield punk, from loud guitars to piano ballads. The Latebirds 2005 album, RADIO INSOMNIA, was produced by ex-Wilco drummer Ken Coomer together with engineer Charlie Brocco. The album also features contributions from Benmont Tench (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers), Wayne Kramer (MC5), Ken Stringfellow (Posies, REM) as well as various Wilco-members. The Latebirds recently completed a new album with producer Jim Scott (Wilco, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Dixie Chicks etc). Last Of The Good Ol' Days will be available in 2011-12 | | |
