Epic Song

Helpful

This song gets going right off the bat! Epic orchestral hits and drums with a dramatic voice. Spyborg combines the best of rock and classical in one. Smooth melodies in between to slow it down to add to the dramatic feel, they take you on a journey through sound unlike I have heard before. I felt like I was watching an epic rock opera and so many emotions and feelings come out! Thank you for sharing and I wish you the best. AlanRazz

very gothic, very vampire, very hard rock and above all a lot to play in a powerful and pleasant way. the soprano voice is simply celestial and fits in a spectacular way with the whole composition, the idea of putting a voice like this on a composition of this type is absolutely brilliant.everything is absolutely perfect and is in absolute harmony and in my opinion it is a masterpiece

Counter Point

Helpful

We give you five stars because you do what you want and with Counter Point . You call it Classical .We say Baroque Music is like Rock Music. Even though we have one Counter Tenor in our band we cant figure out if this is. It doesn´t matter its verry good. To call it Hard Rock we wan´´t more Rythmguitar So we call it Rock like Baroque, but we are waiting, for something like Emersson doing Sibelius Karelia Suite, playing drums from the beginning to the end. Also we want more feedback on drums makes it more like Hardrock. We dont know if you will sound even better with more feedback on the Vocal. We learned there is no limit how much feedback you can do . We schould like to test that on you, but there is no time for us to do that. Sincerely Yours Bear Of Moon Band

For those unfamiliar with Mozart's requiem

Helpful

For those unfamiliar with Mozart's requiem I usually do not appreciate the remakes in general, nor the citations, but this is just my personal taste. And even less I appreciate the rock or metal remakes of classical music. In fact, It risks, in my personal opinion, to trivialize the contents and the message of the original piece. Apart from my preamble, this rock version of Mozart's Confutatis maledictis + lacrimosa is basically well done. Beautiful contrast between the initial part and the "lacrimosa", beautiful sound in general, excellent rhythm section. It is a pity for the too "digital"/electronic sound of the strings during the "lagrimosa". The voice with an opera setting is also interesting. If my mind did not always go to the original piece by Mozart, I would have probably enjoyed more this song, full of great energy. So 4 points deserved for good rock and professionalism,

Oprah Metal

I love it! This is hat music should be! A mix of Opera and metal with a twist of anguish. I wish I could understand your lyrics but regardless the way you sing is fantastic, phantasm, beautiful. Your band is tight, your intro alluring, your vocals, god your vocals blew me away. Very, very talented. Overall you get five stars from me. Keep up the good work and I will be reviewing more of your tunes! In one word, your music is AWESOME!

Unique and Original

A big departure from the Spyborg songs I've heard. Of course the vocals are a big part of the that. I enjoyed the violin and voice "battle" mid song. As always, playing and production are top notch.

Justice to Mozart

Helpful

I absolutely love Mozart's requiem and confutartis is one of the best parts, so I am very picky about how it may to done. I loved your rock version. I've wanted to do my own version for years but now I'd have this to compete with. You open with a variation on the peice that was interesting and composers of that time made variations of eachothers work all the time so i appreciated it. Then you stuck to the original peice for a while which i thought was an appropriate tribute to Mozart's genius. My only complaint, is that I'm not singing with the woman lol. Beautiful work and 1000 points for paying respect to one of the greatest composers ever to walk the earth. I'm going to sing with this song a few more times.

Sacred blends well with the Profane!

This is an exquisitely delightful blend of edgy modern rock production with at least two sections of Mozart's unfinished Requiem in D (Confutatis and Lacrymosa). The Mozart sections are sung absolutely beautifully by either an excellent countertenor or mezzo soprano (so good I couldn't tell which!) and a lyric soprano! The Mozart sections are interlaced with original thematic material that compliments and contrasts with Mozart's themes, and what unifies the piece is a solid rock percussion groove throughout and edgy rock instruments amped to the max! Congratulations on another successful marriage of ancient and modern that blends so well together! :-)

Very interesting!!

It a very interesting mix betwen clasic and modern music. Betwen sound of Bateries, electrical guitars, and cellos, violins. And over all sufing a woman voices as if were an angel. The arrange is very equilibrate, and vobrant. Congratulations!
