from me to you - Thank you

Hi guys. It is 12:39pm here in South Africa. It is extremely hot as we are currently having a huwe heatwave, which will last till Thursday aparantly. I really just want to say thank you again for joining my Network, thank you to all of you that sent me personal messages, i am honored to know that you enjoy my music. I am still so new in this industry although i am 42 years old. 2016 has been a VERY big year for me, i recorded my first single, thanks to Songwriter Brandon Good. I had huge success with the song. I also sang on a stage for the first time as Judge of a big singing competition. I am also performing for the first time this coming Sunday on a VERY big stage where the biggest stars of our Country will be performing. This will be only my second time on stage EVER, so i am extremely nervous. To say thank you for your continious support i would like to give you a token of my appreciation: Salty bacon, rich goat cheese, savory-sweet jelly, and roasted jalapeño--it takes teamwork to make the dream work. If you already have the grill going, these dreamy little bites are equally easy to cook outdoors. Ingredients 2 ounces goat cheese, softened 2 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon grated red onion 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 8 medium jalapeno peppers, halved vertically and seeded 3 center-cut bacon slices, cooked and crumbled 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly 1 teaspoon water Ingredients 2 ounces goat cheese, softened 2 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon grated red onion 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 8 medium jalapeno peppers, halved vertically and seeded 3 center-cut bacon slices, cooked and crumbled 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly 1 teaspoon water Preparation 1. Preheat broiler to high. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well to combine. 3. Arrange pepper halves on a jelly-roll pan; divide filling among peppers. Broil 7 minutes or until peppers are tender and beginning to brown. Sprinkle with bacon. 4. Combine jelly and water in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave 30 seconds or until saucy. Drizzle evenly over peppers.

 :scream: :smirk:  :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :rage: :disappointed: :sob: :kissing_heart:  :pensive: :confounded: :flushed: :relaxed: :mask:  :broken_heart: :expressionless:  :weary: :triumph:  :sleepy:
