Impressive rock songThat rocks! The intro with arpeggios on the e-guitar comes smooth and the powerful drums including a melodic bass-line puts one into the right mood. But the song is more various. The drummer changes immediately his style and goes on playing much more engaged. The various beat isn´t really easy and it sounds sometimes like a rehearsal, but the brothers having really fun together. The unique vocal projection of the singer brings more feeling into the song. The lyrics comes from the heart and touches the soul. The refrain is the message and makes the meaning of the song engaging for me. Fantastic solos on the distortioned e-guitar accompanes the song, making the music rich and brings the listener on the next level. The imaginative transitions from the stanza to the chorus makes the song lively and creative. This extra factor brings increasing feeling into the song. This song is from musicians, who understand what good music is about. Also the mixing and mastering is professionell. This is a really powerful arrangement influenced by melodic rock, heavy metal and grunge in perfect orchestration. I can´t stop listen to this song and I´m sure, you like to add it, too. Let others know your recommendation.
When I saw the cover of skidbone I expected something else. The music is good, the melody is good, the instrumentation is also good, but I expected something more powerful, I do not want to say that it is not powerful, but I expected something more from the photo. I like it a lot in general. The audio is cut a little more than half and I could not hear it until the end.
Excellent! What a cryptic title lol! I'm pretty sure I hear vocals in the background in the beginning (or am I imagining it??) -- but I have NO clue what is being said, so I'd definitely recommend making those a bit more audible! Other than that, this song is great. The broken chords on the guitar are lovely, and the vocals are strong and sound great. On suggestion for vocals, though: try to sing more connected and legato-like. That may require some extra work on breath support/breath management, but it's worth it ;)
Nice Vibe throughout ...I really enjoy the Nice Vibe throughout ... This is a perfect composition for this genre... The message resounds...As POSITIVE Criticism from a Producer... The thing I would share is... LESS is MORE ( Always give yourself somewhere to go when recording ANY song) It creates a more interesting composition and brings the listener along a well defined storyline, both lyrically and musically... Keep on CREATING ... Thx for sharing Many Blessings :-)
THE OTHER SIDE OF OVER HEREI DONT MIND THIS SONG IT FEELS SLIGHTLY ON THE UNDER PRODUCED SIDE PERHAPS THAT IS DELIBERATE THERE IS AN INTERESTING TALK SING SECOND VERSE GOING ON AND A GOOD SINGALONG CHORUS I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE OF THE GUITAR IN THE CHORUS I THINK THE LEVEL COULD DEFINITELY GO UP A FEW NOTCHES NOT A BAD GUITAR SOLO EITHER THE MOOD OF THE SONG IS GOOD I THINK IT WOULD BENEFIT FROM AN OVERALL PRODUCTION /PRODUCER TINKERING WITH THIS TO BRING OUT ITS BETTER QUALITIES
The best sideVery easy listening tunes and the vocals are ok but maybe the written words could be a little more creative. Maybe depicting a story of what tried to hold you down but you rose to the top and how you did it, not just the emotions of the other side. Love the drums! Consider changing the title to maybe something like The Best side because it might be wordy and simple might work bettter. Just my two cents! Peace and prosperity ✌️

Cavalier ReviewCavalier Review Cavalier Review We liked this song, its always nice to hear this type of song. How was this recorded was it a live take or studio. When we hear this song it reminds us of our tour of Asia. Taking in countries like Thailand, Cambodia,Laos and China.
HiI like the song but. intro is to long and some parts of the vocal are off the tune..which is no go in today Music World..if I be You I will re write and rerecord it with a good Vocal ( in tune ).. it is also to long ..Music Bizz ask for 2.5 - 3.5 min long.. as is now is ok to be played on Life concerts.. but if You will pitch it to Radio Stations and Music Publishers the chance will be small..remember that to pitch to Them You need a Radio Ready Recording ( best Quality and Yours is not )... I wish You a good luck..
Something worth a better productionThe Other Side of Over Here is a lightly enjoyable song, with a lot of old-fashioned features making it sound familiar, even if with a very fresh feeling. Anyway, there are some flaws in the overall production, that sounds a lot rougher than intended, even if the punk spirit in the mix cannot be overthrown, for we are sure it's a chosen feature. Keep on!
Finally!!!Hi guys, I just caught myself that I'm looking for something good to write a review. I just don't have time and nerves to listen and to write a review to absolutely awful songs and instrumental, but now I finally found You! Everything is great, all the instrumenta, the mastering could be better, but i bet that noone notices that. The only thing I didn't like was the "speach" in the middles of the song, which spoils the whole thing a bit and especially the great (singing) vocals through the whole song. The Intro is just awesome by the way!!! But the real magic come when the singer starts his vocals. Because of the above remarks I'm giving you 4.8 rate. But Well Done! Good Job , Great Song, so keep rockin'!!! It was my pleasure to listen because it reminded me of the time I was fan of Glem Rock and Progressive rock! Lots of luck and cheers, Donnie Donkov
HiI like the song..I hope You will make the intro a little shorter...and make a vocal better ( some parts are off the tune ) which is no go in today Music Bizz...I hope that You will make a Good Song a Great one..try to pitch it to Radio Stations and Music Publishers and let see what They will say...as it is now is ok to be played on Life Concerts ..as You know Radios looking for 2.5 - 3.5 ming long so Yours is a little to long..I wish You good luck with pitching..Good Job...
Very positive message!Hey guys! Thank you for sharing your music and following your dreams! It's always good to hear real instrument players and people passionately sharing music. Its super cool that you choose a postive and uplifting message to build others instead of tear down! Keep up the great hard work and i believe i will see you in the stars! Keep chasing down your dreams!
Not bad !Hello! A good introduction that lets hope for a composition that has "fishing"! It is very heavy rock with a bass that I find a little too strong from the point of view of the sound volume... The guitars are well made, with a passage that is more dedicated to them towards the end of the composition. I find the quality of the recording a little too located in the register midrange-bass; Singing; Just, with a spoken passage that fluffs the piece. A good rock composition.
The Other Side of Over Here ReviewLove the guitars and the power of the arrangement. I didn't really connect with the spoken part. Nice message, just didn't fit with the track. More attention needs to be paid to the vocal sound. The vocal fits the song, but the mix, effects and execution does not match the rest of the track. Very tight instrumental, the vocal needs to be the same. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the guitar solo! I strongly suggest re doing the vocals before you release. It will be strong if you get the vocals to have the same authority as the rest of the track. Good luck!
