Canadian native, SharaLee grew up in a musical family with a lot of southern gospel music and her family’s musical roots are country/gospel, so it was natural for her to follow her heritage in their love for the country/western sound. She began recording her country demo in 2004. But after pursuing a music career that seemed to hit a dead end after her country demo, God began a transforming work in her and lead her into a desire for praying and singing scripture and spontaneous worship with emphasis on loving on God and communing with Him face to face. God began drawing SharaLee into a deeper relationship with Him and a deeper desire to see His Kingdom come in the earth. With much prayer SharaLee began to understand her calling and began recording her current “Coming Reign” CD.
SharaLee is a hard working, determined and dedicated musician. She's in it for the long haul, which I'm sure will pay off in the end.
