About Seth Dias

Music is so much more than notes and words coinciding together. Music is a story, an experience, a truth being told, an emotion being shared. My goal is to write and produce this type of music. My desire is that you not only hear the song and enjoy the melody, but that you also connect to the song. Whether is be because it's expressing something you have also learned or gone through, or maybe that it's sharing something and intriguing. I hope you can experience one, if not both, of these intimate perceptions when you listen to my music.

My name is Seth Dias. I am a singer/songwriter originally from Indianapolis, IN. I attend Murray State University where I am studying Construction Engineering. Also, I love music. Everything about music amazes me and the more I learn about music the more I hunger to know even more. I started playing piano when I was 11 years old. When I was 15 I picked up the guitar and taught myself some chords. From there it has taken off. I love to play any instrument I can get my hands on. When I was a freshman in college, I decided I was going to write music. My first (expired link)., 'Don't Give Up' is based off my experiences that first year of school. I wish I could tell you how each one came about, but no one really wants to read all that. (but if you do, feel free to email me: sdias9493@(expired link), I'd love to share :) Lastly, but certainly not least, I am a Christian. I am in love with Jesus Christ and who He is. I believe I am a sinner(Romans 3:23) saved by the death and resurrection of Christ, my Lord. (Romans 5:8) I cannot help but let this influence how and what I write. Truth will always be found.
