Sweet Voice Reflects Hurt And hope
Singer and songwriter Seren Skies sings a rock ballad expressing the process of dealing with hurt from a relationship. Her voice is quite nice and compelling. Her lyrics are honest and heartfelt. Descriptive, she tells the story with a balance of what was and what could be. As a listener I am enjoying her voice and her ability to express her feelings in such a straight forward way. I will look forward to hearing more from this talented Australian artist.

Your voice is angelic! I like how your voice meshes well with the song. They way you sang it, I can really feel your pain. I think the record could use a bit more mixing just so that your vocals blend better with the music and that would also help with how people receive the song. A lot of people can relate to the song as well because they're people going through just what you're singing about. Keep up the great work and singing songs that will continue to inspire your target audience as well as the rest of the world.

Really good lyrics they just didn't have the punch to deliver the message home. I felt as if you were just talking the Vocal in some places or maybe not sure of them. At any rate it cause me as the listener to wonder if you meant them or just going through motions for the sake of the song. The music was very repetitious no difference between verse and chorus which caused the piece to get boring quick. The lyric suggests getting back on track but shares no hope or cincerity of commitment . I've heard much stronger material from you. I think this song deserves your A game. Keep on top of it! Hey Seren!!! I like the arrangement of World Of Hurt the production feels really good, I guess for me if you don't mind me saying and this is if you're working with a producer just to have him or her make sure that you're singing in time with the songs is all as you have a beautiful tone and richness to your vocals and I would also love to hear more of what your voice can do having someone who is musically studied in voice work with you to bring out your true voice and comfort zone. It would have been nice to maybe have the chorus jump out at ya' a little more just to set the song up for a climatic build for the money!! or the big hook sort of speak. Again you have a nice true quality and tone in your voice and it would be nice to see what someone with some musical knowledge in producing and voice theory help you find your Seren voice and bring out the best in you.
