It is mental health month! I hope you take some time to unplug, listen to music, take a walk, and/or enjoy time with a loved one. With all the changes and heartache of this "new normal", this life can get exhausting. Just know you are loved and appreciated. The world still needs your gifts, don't leave with them still inside you ????.

Greetings! This year began like no other year (in history). It's your year and your time. Valentines' Day is just around the corner! Stores are already selling heart-shaped gifts, and radio stations have the love songs playing back to back. It doesn't have to be a depressing time since most of us are still under state mandates. You can choose yourself this year but refusing to settle for nothing less than what you deserve! Wait for genuine love or take the time to love yourself. Thank you for being a fan!
