Funky!!

I like the sound it's original! I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the melody, very straight forward and with some smooth strings on the funk I can dig it!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was feeling the vibe I could sit back to this one and zone out!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Keep up the good work and stay in the lab creating new material to stay fresh and on your toes. Peace!

Great bass

The bass parts were my favorite thing in this. Excellent playing on that. All the playing is good for that matter. Composition wise it was a bit eclectic for my taste, but that's not a knock on this because that's a matter of taste!

Interesting Harmonies!

Interesting and unusual harmonies from the lead guitar at outset. Lead guitar and bass dual together. Despite this the track feels incomplete. There is more to find I feel. Its very easy if improvising to become locked in one place and I feel this is what has happened!

rocking it as usual

Great textures of guitar, acoustic, and distorted slide guitar follow a tapping section. The distorted guitars a reminiscent of a string section. Surprises lurking as slapping bas with muted guitar takes center stage. All backed by the clean electric. Now Synth sound pervades and right into a low register guitar lead. All over this persistent rhythmic tapping barrage, and onto big tapping section. This piece is filled with variety of textures and continues in a through composed manner but always reengaging the listener. Bravo.

roba originale

roba originale per cercare qualcosa di nuovo si cercano sonorità' diverse ed e' difficile ma Robert ce la mette tutta per riuscire e va premiato solo per l'audacia certo non e' musica orecchiabile e' non tutti la capiscono

Hi

Very Nice work on Guitar but is to long for Publishing Consideration or Radio Play Very Rear FM / AM Radio will play longer than 3 min long tune and for sure Music Publisher will NOT listen longer than 10 sec specially an Instrumental music.. so more les what You have here is something Nice for Life Performance but is not important what I'm thinking ..THEY ( MP and RS ) must love it before something will happen.. I wish You good luck with pitching Good Job..

Review of Sonic Boom

Thank you for asking me to review your music. This starts off with a bit of a range of instruments. There is a number of guitar riffs and a soft beat rhythm. There is a number of repetitions which makes the psychedelic part for me. If you were covering the psychedelic angel with no real direction, then you covered it. It sounds like it has a nice collection of arrangements..clarity is important. Otherwise nice work! All the best

Hi

Very Nice Guitar play but I do not think Music Publishers will be Impress..this tune need Much Better arrangement and for sure is to long for a Radio Stations to use..but Is not important if I like or not They ( Music Insiders ) Must Love It before anything will happen and I got a feeling that They will agree with.. in today music World in order to place an Instrumental Music is almost Impossible sohas to be on the "out of this World" level but Yours is not yet.. so work on It.. Good Luck..

No Fear

Not sure what the purpose of this music is, though it has some adventurous harmonies, even exploratory progressions. Takes courage to put seconds intervals into the song. The shredding seems unnecessary. A chorus would help hold the piece together. It does wander off. Consider a clear structure - courage can handle structure.

...sonic

Very nice composition - very well performed - For a instrumental composition the music style is kind of special - sophisticated but popular - Solo instruments are very well suited with arrangement which is very rich with lot of very sophisticate well played instruments - In my opinion this composition have all attributes to be international radio hit - So go for it - This is great work - Keep on and do more of this fantastic music - Thank you I enjoy...

Walking in Warwick

"Robert Meloccaro" has sent me a request to review his song "Sonic Boom". Sometimes, I will find out later that the artist never sent a request to be reviewed and that Number One Music has sent out an algorithm. Well, this was interesting. Not sure were to start or finish. There is a lot of good stuff going on! I imagine i'm walking on a sidewalk. The sidewalk becomes an uphill battle before it levels off. When I reach the point where I need to proceed down the hill, I find myself picking up speed and tripping over a uneven pavement. After my stumbling episode, I compose myself and continue on my journey. Maybe next time I go for a walk, I may take a break. Take in a deep cleansing breath of air before I head on down that hill.

Odd but Brilliant

Helpful

There is a lot of odd stuff about this song from performances of the tracks being played in different time signatures to the harmonies. this is like a soundtrack of a man going into madness. its as if Picasso became a musician and made a song. this is truly art and I dig it . its has metal guitar leads with a classic progressive rock with a funk bass. The production sounds good. I give this track a 4.5 out of 5

Its written that way

Helpful

The intro of “Sonic Boom” by Robert Meloccaro, at first sounds like random sample and hold, then I realized it’s not random at all. Its written that way and cut time from the steady down beat. Nice effect. I heard some dissonance in a bridge that leads to something more comfortable like a 7th chord might. Now Robert’s shredding the scale as he does so effortlessly, careful to keep it classy. The verses are all different and there’s never a dull moment. Listen closely to understand the chord changes are more complicated than 1, 5, 4, but they feel so right. I highly recommend “Sonic Boom”; its creative, has a pleasant tempo, played with skill, talent and class.
