Howdy Y'all, IT'S BEEN QUITE A WHILE SINCE I'VE BEEN AROUND HERE! A lot has happened in my life and I'm sure a lot has happened in all of yours too! I'm taking care of my Mom these days which has been a pleasure and a challenge at the same time. I've spent a lot of time with my Mom in adulthood. So, we're best friends just like I was with my Dad. She loves music and likes it when I play which makes my life a lot easier around the house. Thank God ;) I'm also playing out again. In fact we have a gig at 5000Burnet here in Austin, Texas on July 26th, 2019 from 7:00PM-9:00PM. We'll be playing two sets of my original music with some good old school Country Covers mixed in. So, COME ON OUT AND HAVE A BREW...or TWO ;) I've also finished the final cut of my first music video. It's for the song, "Without You" and we just finished it today. David Freid, my friend, StediCam operator, and video editor not only shot the footage that I directed, he edited the video, and did the most AMAZING JOB! This coupled with the fact that I'm migrating my web site rikkitodd.com to a stand along site with downloads, merch, and all kinds of crazy links to my music on Spotify, iTunes, and other places where yuo can buy the singles and album online. It'll be in stores soon too. Plus you can go to my YouTube channel and watch the "Without You" video along with other funny stuff. So, COME ON OUT TO 5000BURNET in Austin, Texas on July 26th @7PM and hang out with us for a couple of hours. We'll have a great time playing fo ya and finally get to meet.
