This is Virgile, guitarist from the band. It's the very first time I browse this website since Laurent added Restful weeks ago and I'm quite excited to see so many people waiting to get some news from us !
I made some updates on our profile, check out our new photos.
I'm proud to announce that it's now official : Restful is working on its very first album ! The track-list has been selected, we are now focused on the whole concept of this album like its name and its cover. We want to tell the story of Restful from its beginning to nowadays through this record. Many musicians have been involved in the band in the successive line-ups, some of them left their mark with songs that will be on this record along with some more recent material.
Speaking of new musical stuff, my first ever composition has been performed on stage recently (and will be of course on the forthcoming album) you can check it out at this location : (expired link)

Restful was born in May 2009, drawing its inspiration from the biggest heavy metal and hard rock bands such as Whitesnake, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden...
In 2012, a solid line-up is established with Laurent (drums and founding member), Thierry (bass guitar), François (guitar), Virgile (guitar) and Seb (lead vocals and founding member).
Restful's songs are full of energy, with powerful and catchy riffs and flowing solos.
After hitting local scenes, Restful is now ready to spread its music all around the world !
The band released its first EP in 2011 and is now focused on its first full-length release.
