Bio of the Artist
PresagiAlterati are an Italian rock music group and operated since early ’90 in Rome. They have been exploring a variety of musical styles including gothic rock and new wave through to the “pop” of some of their output.
Their no-compromise attitude towards the cover-band policy, rising through the last 15 years in the Roman pub rock scene, made it hard to get gigs. Though they went on working on their own original project, characterized by a sound - which relied heavily on keyboards inspired by the style of some of the most important English bands, as The Stranglers, Ultravox, Joy Division, Adrian Borland’s Sound, Peter Murphy, Gary Numan ecc., - and by sometimes misanthropic lyrics, strictly in Italian. In the years their output grew more refined and sophisticated and their songs reached a sort of a pop delicacy and, in the same time, an epic force.

The lead vocal and keyboard, also author, Mirko Valli is now an independent producer of his music. He co-operates with a lot of musicians and is author of a plenty of songs.
