|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | | Started back in 2003 and hit the scene for the first time in 04. Pickseid is a trio with energy to spare comin' straight from Montreal. A somewhat different brand of ska/punk with styles ranging everywhere between reggae/dub and hardcore music combined with both english and french poetry. Pickseid have been playin' in and around Montreal, sharing the stage with awesome bands like The Johnstones, Fifty Stars Anger, The Real Deal, Mute, Hi-Jack, Road Bones and many more. Compiled their first EP "D.I.Y." (funky chicken biatch!) in February of 06 with some of the recordings they had gathered on their path. Equally featured on "the battle must go on" compilation by Fight The Mentality Records (september 06), and will be participating on the "Music4cancer" compilation along side ska/punk legends like The Planet Smashers, Mustard Plug and Ten Foot Pole. | | |
