N1Music News Letter by PaulgizzMartinez

Good News today! I uploaded "Youth Potential" yesterday and also found the 'lyrics' to it, along with "XLRrated Particles" and they are now listed with the songs. Just click on the 'Lyrics" link under the song and read or sing along to it. Found them by accident as I was not looking for them. It always seems to happen like that sometimes when you're not looking for it...they just jump out at you. Freaked me out. A little story behind "Youth Potential"...it's done 'Live' at the Dallas Hard Rock Cafe, and it's a very fast paste song. It is such a thrill to be able to write and play a song like this and it gives you a roller coaster ride feeling when you 'personally' are playing it , that it feels like an out of body experience. The drummer was SOoooo into it that he forgot to 'end' the song when it ended. That's how intense it was when we played it that night. Sure, it was a fuckup, but a good one. Either way, ~ Live tape don't lie. Enjoy the ride when you hear it. You can also download it 'free' for your collection and share it with your friends. There are now 65 songs on the play list. I recorded on 95% of them and had something to do with many, either in production or played them in bands that pre-recorded them, on tours that I did with them. For example: "Cumbia Del Sol", "Yerba Mala", "Huapango1&2", "Movida", were a few I did on tours. "Heart of the Beholder" was one I 'co-produced' with a friend for the movie that I did not record or play on. It was done by studio musicians in L.A. but I put my 2 cents on it. There are others I won't bore you with. Well, ~ can you believe the counters at the site?! Today the 'Profile' 'Bio' counter hit the 2.2M view mark...it's just awesome! THANK YOU! If you have not read (red) it yet...I upgraded it back in August. It'll take a while to read cause I put it ALL in there...Well ~ not everything...I left a little detail out that I can't tell you about when and how I got into trouble at age 12 that led to me becoming a musician or in Juvi or a Boy's Home. Check it out when you have the time to read it. Don't know if you can read it at the same time as you listen to the music. I'm thinking of writing a book one day....maybe. Now let me welcome the 'new' mailing list members who've joined in the last 2 weeks to the fold. I see Santiago, Chile and Rio, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico who are enjoying my ONDA...and ICELAND!
