HELLO! ~ Everyone...Great NEWS! I found some 'more' long lost tapes in the my cassette drawer. Here's the picture again in case you missed it posted before. Today I uploaded "Change" and "Just Cause I Could" done Live at the Dallas Hard Rock Cafe. There are more that I want to share with you in the next few News Letters that I forgot I had. Well...I knew I had them but never dug into it to see what I had until I joined N1Music on up to 'today'. This is an original band I worked with cause I wanted to do something other than cover songs since I was coming to the end of my 22 year music adventure and had to quit to get a 'real' job. I was having way too much fun, not saving my money and living on the fast lane and almost killing myself being stupid. Not to mention just about to turn 40. I did do stuff on the side, like teaching and practicing a lot until Y2k when I met more friends and did "Rock & Roll Down in Texas" and "Unless You Got the Good Stuff" in 2001.
You can download "Change" and the other one 'free' for your collections, and many other songs on the list of over 50. Songs that aren't available you can get 'free' also by responding to this News Letter, just for being a mailing list member. There are over 3.2k of you getting this mass Letter at the 'same' time ALL over the World and here in the U.S.A. and the list keeps on growing and growing everyday, so tell your friends about it!
Well....WELCOME to my 5th year on N1Music! It's official ~ September 1st was the start of a new year for me along with the perfect timing of hitting the 2M play mark. The Profile view counter will soon be hitting the 2M views also. If you've never experienced a feeling like this, it's hard to explain. It's up there with getting inducted into the Texas Tejano ROOTS 'Hall of Fame' all over again. That's a 'good' feeling that is hard to top, but hitting the 2M play and View mark is right up there with it. THANK YOU! Now let's see how long it takes to hit 3M...
I deactivated my Facebook page ~ it had over 2.6M 'Likes', but it was getting a bit hectic in there so I'm taking a little time off of it for a while and might get back on in a few months or so.
Other than 'that'
I'd like to Welcome ALL the new mailing list members to the fold and ask you to read the last 2 or 3 Letters posted under this one to catch up on the going's On and to get caught up to today's Letter. As you can see I've recorded in over a dozen genre/styles since I was 16 years old in the 10th grade in 1968. Music is my life and without it I'd of never gotten to do many of the things I've done and gotten away with just cause I could, like the latest song I posted says. You'd be shocked at some of them...that's why I had to quit in 1990 to get a 'real' job to get to where I'm at now. Read my extended 'Bio' at the web site and get to know me better there. It's like another News Letter...I write like I talk in case you ever meet me. I like people, but after a few days need my space back. That's why I ask girls if they have a car, so they can leave after a few days. That's 'another' story ~
Gotta go now for another 2 weeks, be sure and mark your calendar 15 days from today when N1Music let's me write another one. I wish I could do it more often, but rules are rules.
Be Good, Be Safe, Stay Healthy, Don't Drink Text and Drive!

Wow! ~ 2 weeks already? It's 'Great' to be here again to let all of you know what's going on with me and my music. Today, I'm bringing back the Roll 'Ending' Credits movie song track I helped a friend of mine (Angie Monroe) for the 2005 movie "Heart of the Beholder" with the same title. It's a jazzy/blues/gospel song that runs at the end of the movie as the credits roll. Most people get up and walk out of the place at the end and don't read them to get to their cars to go else where and some stay to read them while the crowd thins out. Angie called me and wanted my help and take on what she'd come up with on acoustic guitar and we came up with 'this' groove and off it went to the studio in L.A. for the movie. It's for 'streaming' only, BUT ~ I will send any and all who want a copy of it 'free' just for being on my mailing list...just reply to 'this' News Letter and it's yours. Also, any song on the list that is not available for download is yours also for the asking. I love reading your comments while I have my morning coffee...keep 'um coming and I will shout back at you in kind. The list keeps growing and growing as I dig through my cassette archives and use my new now old USB2Cassette toy. I'm waiting for it to break soon and will have to buy another one.
Man....has the mailing list been busy lately with all kinds of new people from 'all' over the World and here in the States joining up. I see a few 'new' ones like Hong Kong,SAR....India, Mumbia, and Japan....these are just a few of the over 3.2k (thousand) on the list and I'd be here a long time if I were to list everyone. Tell your friends to join for their free mp3's. Thank You for being here.
I called it on the 2M 'play' mark and day with the Profile views not far behind...it hit on Sunday morning the 12th....10 days ago and did it make me happy to have it hit just in time for the 'start' of my 5th year here at N1Music. I thought it was the 4th, but it's the 5th....my mistake. I still remember joining not knowing if my music was gonna hit or miss when I was invited to join for a 30 day trial with 3 songs. I put the 'best' (3) that I had up and off they went. "Rock & Roll Down in Texas" has been and was the top song most people like and it still is going strong...and you can't beat it at .49 cents at emusic.com/ and yours 'free' for the asking, again.
I've deactivated my Facebook page but copied and pasted my bio to my N1Music 'Bio' if you haven't read (red) it yet...check it out if you'd like to know the details of my life ~ 98% of it. There's 2% I can't tell you cause it might get me in trouble as to why I was grounded for life at the age of 12 in the 6th grade. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be here right now and in the Tejano ROOTS 'Hall of Fame'...I'd be in prison or dead by now. Music changed my life and here I am...with you.
You 'New' mailing list members please read the last couple News Letters to catch up on things and check out the LowRider video of the song "Never Gonna Give You Up" that Tury Chavez419 from California did for me. Let me know what you think.
Gotta go for now...see you again in 2 weeks for another update and I'll see what else I can find in that cassette drawer...there is a picture of it posted in one of the last 2 or 3 Letters just scroll on down till you see it. I recorded 'everything' when my friends would come by to jam with me.
Be Good...Be Safe...Stay Healthy and above 'all' ~ You girls Stay Beautiful...

HEY! ~ Everyone, I'm back from a little vacation with some 'Great' news 'again'. I found another song in my archive cassette drawer making it now 52, but if you count the 4 songs in the medleys it's like 58. This one is in the Latin genre called "Pasastes a Mi Lado" (you passed by me and I fell in Love). It's a Bolero/Waltz/Tango type love ballad I played Bass guitar on at a Live Reunion. There are many on the list for you to enjoy and download 'free'.
The other 'Great' news is that it looks like with this News Letter...the 'Play' counter will likely hit the 2 million mark! WOW! Thank You for getting me to this point again. It freaked me out when it hit 1M, but never thought it go hit it 'again' ~ on top of it being my 4th anniversary here at N1Music this September 1st.
There is, however ~ a little 'bad' news....I dropped my Facebook page even though it had 2.6 Million 'Likes' ~ because it was getting a little radical in there with the midterm and 2020 elections coming up with all those crappy ads getting on my site and on my nerves. I only deactivated and might get back on it later on again. My Twitter is still active and you can follow me at @PaulGizzmow1 if you'd like too.
Let me WELCOME 'all' the new mailing list members and ask you to read the last couple News Letters posted below this one to catch up on things going on with me, and to let you know that you can get an mp3 copy of any song that is not available for download 'free' just for being on the list by replying to this Letter. Everyone who writes always has a nice comment on the songs they like and I enjoy reading and responding to each and every one of them while I'm having my morning coffee. You've made this 'all' happen for me, all 3.2k(+) of you and the list keeps growing everyday. As I'm writing this I see someone from Atlanta, Georgia just joined under the wire before I hit the send button....WELCOME! Come on IN!
There are SOoooo many folks from ALL over the World and here in the States who've also joined in the last 3 weeks that I simply don't have time to list, but rarely do I see Brazil, Bulgaria and Austria. I love that you liked my music enough to join this list....not to mention folks from Coast to Coast here in the States from every big city and little booni town in between to places like Apache, Arizona out in the middle no where to Yellowknife up in Canada....WELCOME! Tell your friends to join up!
I had a great time on my short week vacation and really couldn't wait to get back to write this for you. I was gonna wait till Friday, but I just had to do it today after a long 12 hour nap from road lag yesterday and hope I didn't keep you waiting long, cause I really enjoy writing these News Letters every 2 weeks to share my newly found old music I had sitting in that drawer and on the shelves collecting dust over the years. Thank You, again for liking it and spreading the word,
I may add more to my 'Bio' so if you see it, I hope your head don't explode cause it'll be a bit long, cause my life has 'not' been boring, let me tell you. So, read it and let me know what you think.
Gotta go for now ~ hope you enjoy my new song I've added and WELCOME 'again' to the new list members!

Hey! Everyone! ~ Hope you've been enjoying the last 11 songs I uploaded in the last (2) News Letters. I got (1) more for you this time around in the Latin genre called "Saka La Boteya" (take the bottle out - pull the cork so we can dance) - it's an Ol' School 'Cumbia' done at a Reunion some years back. It's also an oldie but goodie that still kicks ass when it's played at the right time in a club setting in the 3rd set that always gets the people on their feet and dancing. You can download it for your collection, 'free'.
Welcome to 'ALL' the new mailing list members from ALL over the World and here in the States. You can read up on the last couple Letters to catch up on what's been going on here. You can download most 'all' the songs on the list 'free' except for a few that are not available, BUT ~ as a list member, you can get 'free' mp3 copies of 'any' song you want just by replying to this News Letter and I will send them to you just for the asking. There are nearly 3.3k of you getting this update at the same time all over the World. Thank You for being here with me. I get excited every 2 weeks when I get a chance to write to all of you on the list as it keeps growing and growing every day. So, ~ Tell your friends on FBk and Twitter about it and spread the word to join the list.
My 'next' News Letter in 2 weeks will be a week late cause I'll be taking a little vacation time and won't be able to write one. It will probably be on August 10th, Friday that I'll send it out. I will be in the Edinburgh, Indiana area for a reunion. If you're in the area let me know by e-mail at RockandGizz@aol.com or message me here at the link site. I'd like to break bread with you and shoot the bull while I'm there.
Don't know what else to say to you other than, Thank You for being here with me as we begin the 4th year on September 1st. It's amazing just how far we've come since that 30 day free trial with songs I had sitting on a shelf collecting dust, not knowing if the World would like them or not. Looks like they did, and now the list is up to 51 songs with nearly 2M plays. It's unbelievable! I still remember the feeling I had when it hit the (1M) play mark, and it's a bigger feeling to see it just about to hit the (2M) mark. WOW! Let alone the FBk 'Likes' ~ WOW, again! THANK YOU!!!
See you in about (3) weeks for another update and some more uploads for you as I dig threw my archive of recordings that I did with all my rowdy drunk and sober friends years past.
Be Safe, Stay Healthy and you girls 'Stay' Beautiful ~

6 more songs this time making it (11) since my last News Letter 2 weeks ago to bring it up to 50 songs on my play list. Wow!, that is a long way since I posted my first 3 on that 30 day trial almost 4 years ago this coming September. I love this USB2Cassette unit I bought on-line. It's what I've been looking for all this time to upload all those songs I recorded with all my friends. Here's the line-up...I found a 'better' recording of "Midnight Hour" and posted it, along with another cut of "Knock On Wood" and "I Feel Good" on the soul genre side. On the ONDA Chicana/Tejano genre, I have a 15 minute medley of Ol' School 'all' time favorites starting with "EL Gato Negro" (the black cat), along with one of my all time favorites, a song from my mentor Sunny Ozuna called "Reyna de Mi Amor", and last but not least a Mexican traditional dance type song called a "Huapango" pt.1&2.
You can download 'all' of them 'free' except the 'Huapango". I did 'not' record on it, but played it many many times while I was on a 2 year tour with Ricky Smith and La Movida Band from Corpus Christie. It will be posted for a month before I take it down. If you want a personal copy of it, let me know and I will send you an mp3 copy pt.1&2.
Also, if you any of you want 'any' song on the song list that is 'not' available for download, let me know and I will also send you copies of them by request just for being on this mailing list of over 3.2k. That's how many of you are getting this News Letter at the same time around the World and here in the States.
I'd like to Welcome the latest new members to the mailing list who joined in the last 2 weeks and invite you to catch up by reading the last 2 News Letters to see what you've missed. This way I won't have to re-write it and make this one too long, cause I know you can't wait to go and hear the 50 songs I have on here. There is something for 'everybody' here that I've done in over 10 genre/styles....except for Opera! (grrrr)...it makes my hair hurt.
I want to put something out of context here and ask if there are any members in the Indianapolis, Indiana area out there.
I will be in your area in Edinburgh, the first weekend of August. If you'd like to meet me and hang out, let me know by e-mail at RockandGizz@aol.com....I'd like to meet you and shoot the 'bull', also.
Thank You 'ALL' again for being here with me and getting those counter numbers moving toward the 2M 'play' mark. I expect to hit 1.9M plays with this News Letter....also don't forget to 'Like' the FBk link to make it jump up a point to 2.7M. The profile views aren't bad either! Thank You! and tell your friends to join so they can get their 'free' downloads.
Enjoy the 6 songs I've uploaded and I'll see about finding some more. I don't know how many I can have on the list but so far I've not been limited to any number, so I'll keep doing more till they stop me or put a cap on it. So far so good ~
Gotta go for now. If you're here in the States ~ 'Happy 4th of July' tomorrow! Be safe out there with the fireworks, please.
See you in a couple weeks! Love You ALL!
