TAKEN AWAY? (Don't Be!)

The song TAKEN AWAY is John 15:1-8 exactly as it is written. I believe everything that The Lord Jesus says, and In John 15 Jesus says That He (Jesus) Is The True Vine And His Father Is The Husbandman. In this Scripture we are taught that if we do not stay Connected To (Jesus)The Vine, we cannot bear fruit, and if we do not bear fruit at some point, we could be taken away. So I believe the question for All of us is are we In Christ, and Is He bearing Fruit through us for the Kingdom Of God? The story in Luke is one that teaches us that we are no different than anyone else and that we all need to repent. It says If we do not repent we shall all likewise perish.(Luke 13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilæans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilæans were sinners above all the Galilæans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, Except ye Repent, ye shall All likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye Repent, ye shall All likewise perish.) But the Story beginning in Luke 13:6 tells us more of the wonderful Mercy of God, (Luke 13:6 He Spake Also This Parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. 7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? 8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: 9 and if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.) The fig tree which represents us after three years of coming to it, and it bearing no fruit, The Lord says the fig tree is good for nothing but to be cut down. What we see here is Jesus Christ pleading in our behalf. He says to the Lord give me some time with this individual and I will break up the follow ground (hard ground) around him (or her) and I will dung (or fertilize) them, then if in a year, (a period of time that only God Himself knows) and they do not bear fruit we will cut them down. Jesus Love us all so much and is not willing that any of us should perish, but that we all should come to repentance.(2Peter 3:9) And That we all realize that without Jesus we can do nothing. My prayer for myself and you is that we would never think that we can make it without Jesus. (Philippians 4:13) Remember that Jesus Said That He Is The True Vine, And His Father Is The Husbandman, And every branch IN HIM that does not bear fruit, (at some point) He taketh away! Father In The Name Of Jesus, forgive us any thing that could separate us from You, or keep us from allowing You, To Keep us All In You and You In us! In Jesus Name Amen Blessings to all of you Pastor Mike James 4:15
