OMD Contract:

OMD Rental Agreement
OMD hereby lets and leases unto the lessee, the multipurpose room on the following dates and times:

Promoter Deal:_________________________________
50% / 50% Door Deal:__________________________________(Split upon end of Event)

Said premises will be used for meeting and for no other use without the prior approval of OMD .
Prepayment of hourly, or prearranged rental fee is required 14 days in advance of occupancy.
Cancellation notice for scheduled hourly, or prearranged rentals must be received 7 days in advance or renter forfeits ½ of rental fee.
The lessees shall be be liable and responsible for any and all damages or injury to said premises or any person or any property thereon during period of occupancy, and shall reimburse, indemnify , and save OMD fully harmless thereof.
Lessees shall not assign, transfer, or sublet this lease on said premises, or any part thereof, without the written consent of OMD.
Lessees shall keep the premises in a neat and orderly condition and free of rubbish and debris, which shall be picked up and removed from the premises immediately following any occupancy.

Door Deal
We do $10 or $13 cover,
we do split it 50% To OMD
50% TO Bands,100 people show
$500 towards bands
$500 towards OMD.
If 200 people show bands split $1500
OMD keeps $500
If 300 people show bands split $2500
OMD Keeps $500
we compensate the band,
with free pizza, water, coffee, and Wi-Fi.
